Just like all the other one star reviews say. They don't tell you if your insurance is in network or not. They don't care about you. They are just after the money. Do not trust this business. I switched dentists and everything is covered. Do not ignore all of the other one star reviews. This is legit what happens.
I have been a patient of the practice for many years, and I always was pleased with their work in the past.
Very disapointiong experience with hygienist Vanessa today, with whom I was scheduled for just a polish. Instead of Vanessa, someone else did the polishing. I was informed later that he is an assistant to the hygienist... Vanessa spent approximately 5 min with me which time consisted of questions " way am I doing polish?!?" , and then a very rough and quick polish (1 min). During the procedure she bumped the metal part of the machine into my teeth quite a few times - and I have some expensive dental work in my mouth!
Although I was used as a "lab rat" for the assistant to practice his skills on me, I was asked to pay the full price for polish -$44!!!

Very happy with the very professional and wonderfully skilled dentist as well as his great staff . Happy totally.
Dental care, maintenance, and aesthetics doesn't get better than here! This place has been in the neighborhood for a good long time but the "feeling" in their office and their treatment rooms is as if this practice is newly opened. They forever keep up with the latest developments and technologies . . . and their spirit of graciousness is admirable. Dr. Fiori and Andy tackled a big problem in my mouth for which no easy solution could be found.....Until Dr. Fiori's creative brain came up with a one of a kind approach. I'd like to call it "the Michelangelo effect" . . . In other words, my teeth are a work of art. Amen!
A good friend of mine recommended Westend Dental, as I was looking for a dental practice in the neighborhood. I was impressed by the nice and friendly service from all the staff and Dr Rachel Fisch.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt like this experience deserved one.
I recently visited this office to have cosmetic procedures performed on my front teeth. Dr. Fisch provided me with a treatment plan that conserved my original enamel while significantly improving the appearance of my teeth.
Dr. Fisch and the entire team were extremely knowledgeable and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain the procedures being recommended and performed and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Overall, I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for cosmetic dental work.
I’ve been going to West End Dental for over 15 years and the attention to detail and service is excellent!! My last experience I had Kaylen, Miriam and Lilly Doing their part. If you’re looking for someone to handle all aspects of maintenance and Repair, You’re in great hands.
Went in for a broken tooth. Met a lovely dentist Dr Rachael Fisch and she was excellent and professional with the eye of an artist. She also helped me with a loose implant which she fixed the problem . As I left I told her I want to send my teen grand children to her. I have always picked excellent dentist and felt lucky to meet her today .
Kaylen the receptionist was awesome. This office is on top of it. Always on time, professional and welcoming. Service with a smile. Karina is the best hygienist ever. She asks you what makes you comfortable and adjusts accordingly. She is a perfectionist. They proactive ly tell you what you should be doing to take the best care of your reach. They tell you things you need to better in such a kind way, which wants me to do better! Always a pleasant experience. The office is beautiful. .. that’s extra!
Love my dental hygienist and have been going to this office for over five years now. The dentist is very knowledgeable and kind. Both of them take the time to address my specific concerns and questions. Additionally, the front desk staff has gone out of their way to facilitate TMJ physical therapy for me at an outside location. They went above and beyond to accommodate the many requests made by the outside facility and even followed up with me to make sure it got done.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart - Dr. Zander, Dr.Fiore, Andreal, and the entire Westend Team. You helped me through an “unexpected dental experience” and made me feel truly cared for through the process.
Our family have been patients at Westend Dental starting with my husband since the 90’s - and even after moving from the city we have continued to drive in from the western suburbs. The care and expertise we receive from Dr. Fiore and Dr. Zander and their amazing staff is simply second to none.
Westend Dental's staff are competent, kind, and professional! My four kids, ages 2.5, 5, 7 & 10 years old, were all smiles as Ju-Ju, Vanessa and Dr. Fisch helped them through each stage of their appointments. Each member of the team helped them learn about how to keep their teeth healthy by talking through what they were doing at the appointment, sharing photos of the kids' teeth as they went, and answering the thousands of questions my kids asked. They were patient and took time with each appointment. Kaylen (at the front desk) was incredible at helping my crew and me feel welcomed when we arrived and then getting my insurance sorted out and submitted while we waited! They were also thoughtful with scheduling the appointments together which is a huge help for our family!
It was really hard to find a good dentist downtown, but Dr. Fisch at Westend is the one. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they walk you through everything during the visit to make sure the experience is smooth. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
