It was a fabulous experience to have the catering for our film " Agankhel " to be taken care of by Zaike. As we are all from India and have shot in London several times, our cast and crew are always happy when they are served authentic Indian food, which during this time, for the shoot of "AGANKHEL", Zaike did and honestly, the food was awesome ! The Zaike team really lived up to their word and outdid themselves. Our production house, Agni Entertainment Ltd. And definitely me, Tanmay Sengupta, Director, will surely be tying up with Zaike for our future productions.

I’ve tried countless places across the UK that claim to serve authentic Kolkata-style biryani, but each time I walked away disappointed — until now. The mutton biryani we had here is, without a doubt, the best Kolkata-style biryani I’ve tasted in the UK. The flavours were spot-on: perfectly balanced spices, the unmistakable Kolkata aroma, and that delicate essence that’s so hard to find outside the city. The chicken chap was equally outstanding — rich, flavourful, and cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite took me straight back to Kolkata. If you’re craving real Kolkata biryani and chap, this place is an absolute gem. Truly amazing. Highly recommended!

The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic Indian flavors that had our guests raving all evening. Communication with the team was smooth and professional throughout the planning process. They were responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went according to plan. The staff’s behaviour on the day was warm, courteous, and reassuring—exactly what you hope for when hosting a big gathering. I did have one minor hiccup: the team arrived a little later than expected, which caused a bit of mismanagement at the start of the party. However, I completely understand that traffic can be unpredictable. Overall, I’m very happy with Zaike’s service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality Indian catering with a personal touch. Looking forward to working with them again

They sculpted a glorious menu which took into account our personal preferences as well as catering for a largely vegetarian/vegan crowd as well as individual dietary requirements of some of our guests. The food was outstanding, with licked clean plates and top compliments all round. It was great to be able to have dishes which most people hadn’t tried before, which were special to our Bengali relatives, but not too hot for our friends and family who are not accustomed to spice. Zaike were flexible and highly accommodating with our plans to hold the party in the back garden, and we cannot recommend them enough. Top blokes, brilliant food, perfect event.

Zaike is one of the best takeaways serving authentic Indian cuisine, specialises in Kolkata bangali cuisines. I have tried Zaike multiple times and have never been disappointed. The mutton biriyani seems straight out of Arsalan, the fish fry is delicious, so is the chicken kosha. I can just go on. Very fresh ingredients, fantastic taste and very good portion sizes makes Zaika the go to takeaways for the weekend, get together and special occasions.
