It was obvious that he wanted to not just do the job but do it right. He contacted me after he left to see how things were going with the leak repair/restoration equipment that we were monitoring. Answered any/all my questions and made a point to leave an open line of contact at anytime of day throughout the process. Definitely made an unfortunate situation less stressful and a future contact for this type of work. Highly recommend!
