We keep coming back to Yummy Yakko and honestly, it’s hands down one of the best dessert spots in Sydney.
The deep-fried kanafeh ice cream is unreal
- crispy, warm, and perfectly balanced with the ice cream. The Yummy signature with Bueno is our go-to, but the Biscoff, Bounty, and pistachio flavours are just as good. You really can’t go wrong.
The Dutch pancakes are also incredible, especially with the Biscoff sauce. What we also love is that the pricing is actually reasonable, which is rare these days with dessert places. They’re open late, there’s seating, and it’s always a good vibe.
On top of that, the service is consistently great. Last night, we brought family visiting from Canberra and they absolutely loved it. The gentleman behind the counter even surprised us with an extra Dutch pancakes on the house that they had made my mistake such a small gesture, but it genuinely made the night.
It’s those little things that set a place apart.
