I was a customer with YROC for years, assuming things were being addressed and altered as needed. As of July 2023 Google changed their policies for which I was sent letters/emails regarding the changes. As a precaution, although they received the same emails, I forwarded the emails as a reminder to make changes as needed. No changes were made, after hiring a new SEO company, they informed me I was basically dead in the water as no changes were made. I noticed the immediate decline in leads and kept calling and emailing YROC demanding answers for the decline. "All looks good on our end" was Leah's the response. Months went by....no leads. Thank God for my reputation and repeat customers and such. No response to repeated requests for help. upon cancelling their service, a simple email was received wishing is the best! No request for an explanation or resolution to save the situation. Although my business was on the verge of needing desperate help...they were no where to be found to solve the issues...or us. Look elsewhere. Id love my money back for a year of service that wasn't even present. You need an SEO company that has your back....this one is not that.
