Ian is reassuringly professional, invested and responsive to needs - gauges the anxiety associated with a new hire and delivers.
Finding a recruiter who truly understands your profession and can critically evaluate your career journey is exceptionally rare. Many recruiters lack full visibility into the dynamic changes occurring across different industries, particularly in specialized professions.
The Big Four career path is one that evolves constantly, and I’ve observed that many recruiters struggle to fully grasp the nuances of these roles and how they can transition seamlessly into the commercial sector. However, Ian stands out as an exception. He possesses an exceptional ability to identify and support individuals transitioning from Big Four roles, offering tailored advice to help them secure their first position in the commercial world.
I am incredibly grateful for Ian's guidance and the role he played in my placement. Working with him was an exceptionally rewarding experience, and I would highly recommend Ian to anyone navigating a similar career journey. Thank you, Ian, for your invaluable support and expertise!
