absolutely amazing customer service! as a very non-athletic person who’s just trying to motivate himself to leave the house more, with just from a single conversation with the owner/manager he convinced me to start coming here. everyone from workers to other customers are very friendly and welcoming. definitely would recommend!

I love this place!! The individual training sessions are great!!! All of the employees right down to the owner are amazing! You can also do your own work out! Its open a ton for anyone who thinks it won't work with their schedule..bet it can! You'll love this place as much as I do!! 💕

Great place to work out at they have TV while run the tread mill on or listening to your favorite music while working out they also have great workout machines and a very clean facility to workout in I recommend this place to anyone💪💯

My girlfriend and I are visiting the area and were looking for a place to work out, and we’re so glad we found The Fit Stop. This gym is beautiful, has a great variety of equipment, and is extremely clean. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. This gym offers a variety of equipment and classes. Tom is very accomodating to a person's life changes allowing the membership to be put on hold until your able to commit. He and his staff treat you like family and are very knowledgeable in nutrition and workouts that will be most beneficial to one's needs. Looking forward to a more consistent exercise plan in 2026.

I started my fitness journey with the Fit Stop about 10 years ago. Tom and his staff have felt like family ever since. It’s rare you find a gym where you’re not just a number but a friend. They offer a wide range of workout’s to fit absolutely anyone’s needs. Their equipment is very clean and gives the ability to workout any muscle you desire. From choosing your own workout to working one on one with personal trainers they really do offer anything you need. I would 100% recommend this family oriented gym. I first started getting training here to strengthen my back from an injury a couple years ago and when I first started I was nervous I wouldn't be consistent, I'd give up on myself, I would injure myself more, people would judge me and I wouldnt be comfortable....you name it, i thought it. I wasnt holding myself accountable. But the atmosphere and staff here proved me wrong.
Everyone here is friendly and helpful and makes you feel comfortable. In the 6 ish months ive been coming consistently for training, ive been getting stronger, more comfortable with myself and my capabilities and more importantly to me, improving my sense of self worth. Before I started lifting I had a hard time being 'nice' to myself and giving myself grace and doing basic things like vacuuming and laundry and playing with my son would have me down and out for days because of my back and the lingering stiffness and pain from the injury. Today though? I'm happier, I give myself grace and i can clean without worrying about my back. I go rollerblading with my son without worrying about getting hurt.... I can deadlift 200 pounds now when 2-3 years ago carrying a laundry basket up two flights of stairs was too much for me. The difference is mindblowing to me.
We as humans are capable of so much more than we realize once we get out of our own way. The crew at The Fit Stop helped me realize that and is the best spot for anyone else to realize that too.
