I participated in several hour long circuit training classes at Essential Fitness. The classes are geared to rotate through a series of exercises to reach fatigue of at least 4 to 6 major muscle groups in a fun fast moving workout Station from station to station. The instructor gives a thorough explanation and walks around, correcting form to maximize the benefits. By the end of class, your muscles are at fatigue and the time flies by with the other ladies participating to great music. I highly recommend to anyone looking to make a difference in their muscle tone and strength.
