No one picking up the phones, no one’s there when you go to the address. Horrible. Horrible experience.

Hi Jourdain.

One missed call and straight to one star? That’s the fastest we’ve ever been judged, and we’ve seen Saturday’s sheets.

Fair though, we should have picked up. Our phones live in the van, and so do we. We spend all day at other people’s doors, which makes us terrible at being at our own.

Next time, a WhatsApp message gets you an answer faster than a call, and we’d love the chance to earn a few more stars. Your laundry has a driver. Yours just got lost.

This place is amazing and a life saver as I’ve practically ran out of clothes as a tourist. Everything was cleaned, packed and delivered as promised. I especially appreciated the Watsap communications and timely responses. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great experience with YourCleanLab. All communication was exclusively through WhatsApp. My service provider was so friendly, even offering suggestions for a tourist attraction, A'DAM tower, and restaurants, including one we went to named Sea Palace. I left the laundry bag with the hotel concierge for pickup. CleanLab dropped it back off and the concierge brought it to our room.Clothing was returned in less than 24 hours, neat and tidy.
