Edit: It has been over a year now working with this company to no avail. The siding started literally falling off a week after the first review in March 2025. If you can get someone to speak with you, it takes the months to send someone to repair their mistakes. And it looks worse now than the 30 year old siding they replaced last year. I am so beside myself with trying to work with them to make it right and it is as if they just plain do not care. They got their money and do not want to deal with their hired contractor's mistakes. Please be very cautious in choosing this company for your renovations. I work to hard for my money to have it taken like this for such a big investment on my home and it look the way they have left it, not counting the nail they put in my brand new window causing it not to open. It has been a nightmare working with this company!

Will not honor warranty and poor workmanship
American Home replaced our siding March 2025. We were pleased with the new look of our home at the completion of the job. Even gave a 5 star Google review at the request of Conner when he came to follow -up 3 days later. Seven days after this, it has went downhill from there. The siding literally started falling off! When we called this in, it took them over 2 weeks to send someone out to repair this. When the siding fell, it also showed that the insulation was still the old insulation instead of the new "better" insulation that we paid extra for them to install. Then it took another 2 months to get them out here to correct that. Now it has been over a year trying to work with this company, giving them every chance to correct their poor workmanship and honor the warranty that came with the $18,000.00 job and we still have no resolution along with radio silence for 4 months now. I could say more but I am going to refrain as this should be enough to warn you away from investing with them!

Excellent service. David Cantrell was very efficient and knew what he was doing. Excellent job cleaning after job was complete.

Conner showed up on time to our appt and was very thorough and detailed with what could be done and how to do it. Ms. Wanda is always prompt and very friendly and polite when you talk to her. They’ve done most of my upgrades on my home!

OMG! I cannot believe how amazing American home is. I reached out this morning and spoke with Miss Wanda and here it is less than a few hours later and Mr. Conner is here! He is so kind and so knowledgeable. Not only did I show him the problem I thought I had. He helped me with multiple other issues and is been so helpful.

Chris did the new beautiful walk in shower for my home. I want to state that he was a pleasure to work with, his customer service and communication skills were excellent. His work ethic was superb, he worked clean and very concentrated about he left his work area. He was prompt and comunicated his scope of work expected for the day. I would highly recommend him and American Home. My final project exceeded my expectations.
