I had braces as a teenager, but as I approached 60, I noticed my teeth had slowly begun to shift apart. I initially felt like I might be an atypical client for an orthodontic office, but the entire staff at Youngquist Kennedy Orthodontics made me feel right at home.
I went through the Invisalign process from October 2025 through May 2026, and the experience was seamless. A few things that really stood out:
Insurance Coordination: They accepted my employer's orthodontic insurance, which covered a significant portion of the overall cost.
Punctuality: My appointments always started exactly on time. For a busy adult, having a medical office respect your schedule is incredibly important.
Expert Care: The entire team was professional, but I want to specifically recommend Dr. Dave Kennedy for his expertise and bedside manner.
I am very pleased with the final results and feel much more confident in my smile again. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Lake Geneva area, regardless of their age!

Daughter got her braces on today. Everyone there works as a team. They explained everthing to her and I. She was nervous going in, but after sitting in the chair she felt so at ease. Definitely would recommend.

My bottom bracket fell off on 1 side. 29 years..... yes you heard me right. 29 years since I've been to the office. Not only did they fit me in ASAP, but it was no charge. Talk about service. Liz and Dr. Kennedy were fast, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable. A+ Wish I still lived closer. Bravo guys!!

My husband needed his permanent retainer re-bonded, and he was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dr. Kennedy got his retainer re-bonded and explained options if it disconnects again. Great cookies and coffee for patients and their family members who are waiting! Friendly staff!! Our son is also a patient here for his retainer. Highly recommend!!!
