When you think of advocacy, community, consistency, relatability and strategic organizational and community-based CHANGE. You must keep Y&E at the front of change and uplifting the Evansville community. Y&E does not focus efforts on sections of the city, and instead connects and partners with everyone who is working to improve our community at large. Y&E is the blueprint to community-based work, and being a boots on the ground organization.
