Avoid this scam at all costs
They took my money without providing any real service. Their promises were completely unfulfilled, and I couldn't get any proper help despite multiple attempts to contact them. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I feel cheated. I would absolutely not recommend trusting them.

Unfortunately, after multiple messages and emails, Yorkshire College Planning has failed to respond to my requests regarding a refund for my refundable membership.
This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, I am now being forced to consider escalating the matter to court simply to receive money that was clearly stated as refundable.
This situation could have been avoided with basic customer service and transparency. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before committing to any payments.
Horrible experience! I canceled my subscription a few days after purchase. I received a confirmation email the next day stating that my request was received and would be processed within two days. However, I continued to be charged by Afterpay and had to dispute the charges each time. I sent multiple follow-ups but never received a response. I hope my review helps others avoid going through the same frustration.
Dec 2025 updates:
I had to file a BBB complaint against Yorkshire College Planning (YCP) for breach of their 45-Day Guarantee, failure to issue a confirmed refund, and actively misrepresenting my cancellation to my financial institution. Timeline & Merchant Failure:
1. 10/11: I agreed to purchase their service and 10/13: I formally requested cancellation under the 45-Day Guarantee.
2. 10/14: YCP confirmed receipt and promised the refund would be processed by "the end of the day on Wednesday."
3. The Refund Was Never Processed.
4. 10/22 & 11/7: I was charged the 2nd and 3rd installments by Afterpay due to YCP's failure to cancel.
5. I sent follow-up emails on 10/26, 11/7, and 11/26. YCP has been completely non-responsive.
Bank Dispute & Financial Harm: My bank initially reimbursed the first three payments and blocked the final one. However, after investigating and contacting YCP, my bank has determined they will not honor the dispute because YCP appears to be actively denying my confirmed cancellation to my bank. Yet, the initial reimbursements will be reversed and I will be charged for all installments.
This has caused financial loss and further consequences: • My Afterpay account is now suspended due to YCP's non-compliance, accruing late fees, and risking harm to my credit report.
