I came to the yogaclasses with fear of the unknown that was happening to my body and with that, my mind that couldn't find rest. Searching for balance...
I felt so safe with you to talk about my fears. I felt heard and understood. And i learned how to deal with and even embrace what my body and mind were going trough. Your exercises gave strength and trust in myself even when i did them at home. Your words made me feel beautiful en loved. Your tips and tricks worked like magic. I found balance.
It was a warm welcoming step in the world of (mama)yoga. Thank you for being you.

thank you so much for your honest and lovely words, it touched me deeply❤️ Pregnancy - especially the first time, can bring up so many questions, and very naturally a big portion of our insecurities too! Being inexperienced in what to feel and if what we feel is ok - both for you and for your baby - is such a new state of being. We often don't even have words to describe the happenings on the physical, emotional or on the mental level, we just notice how intense and unknown and yes - sometimes unsettling it can be. Especially for those of us who are highly sensitive to both internal and external stimuli. To be able to share with mama's who are going through something similar, learning from them, gaining other viewpoints is so so enriching and calming! I am so grateful that you have found, rest, balance and trust as much in our classes as in your beautiful self ❤️
