I joined Rashmi ma'am Yogaanand classes from the month of August and since then I feel very energetic and fresh throughout the day. In just couple of months I can clearly see the improvement in my flexibility, stamina, digestion and mental health as well. Yoga also helps to reduce the pain and cramps experienced during cycles. Rashmi ma'am is really fabulous instructor.

I joined the Yoga with Rashmi class for prenatal yoga in my 8th month of pregnancy, and it was truly a great experience with the instructor. After just one week of class, I began to notice improvements in my flexibility. The focus was on gentle stretches, strengthening poses, and breathwork. These exercises aimed to enhance flexibility, alleviate discomfort, and prepare the body for labor and delivery. The class was safe and tailored to meet the specific needs of pregnant individuals. They also provided guidance on diet, post-delivery care, and hospital bag preparation. She is a wonderful instructor. Last month, I delivered a baby boy via normal delivery. Thank you so much!!

I attended online prenatal yoga classes with Rashmi mam and that’s the best decision ever. She advised me not just with stretching, yoga postures, breathing techniques but also in terms of food habits, meditation, postpartum wellbeing, Garbh sanskar. She personally made sure that I attend each session and thoroughly followed up on my health updates. Rashmi mam changed yoga postures each month based on my flexibility. I did not experience any back pain or stiffness throughout my pregnancy. Our last session was literally half an hour before I went to hospital for delivery. I had very quick, positive normal delivery experience. All the hip opening/stretching/breathing exercises helped me immensely. I highly recommend Attending Rashmi mam’s yoga classes. She is THE BEST.
