Amazing experience! Very clear instructions, got to help prepare and cook all aspects of each course and most importantly eat the lovely creations. We did the French class and will definitely be going back for more the next chance we get! Would highly recommend!

Paul hosts fun and engaging cooking classes. In this case it was Thai. Everything is hands on and then after you’ll sit down and enjoy the rewards of the meal you contributed to help make. Classes are even more fun when you have chilled students and today’s class was fun. Would definitely love to try the Japanese and Spanish classes too.

Loved our Spanish class with Paul! It had such a warm, homey feel, and the Christmas carols were a welcome, festive touch. Paul shared a wealth of knowledge without overwhelming us. The food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend!!

Chef Paul was fantastic! Great communication beforehand, making everything easy to organize. The cooking classes were fun and full of helpful tips and ideas to take away. It was a perfect day out for a friend's 60th, and the experience felt very personal and so much fun. Will definitely book again for another class!

My husband, a friend and I attended Paul’s Italian cooking class this afternoon and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Paul is friendly and fun, and takes a highly supportive approach. A very experienced professional chef, Paul shares expert technique in a way that is both accessible and achievable for a home cook. All in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A fantastic afternoon and I can’t wait to try it all at home.
