I found Quality Red Tag to be super professional and the end product was great! Jeff and John were very helpful and courteous and went above and beyond in ensuring the whole deliver and installation process went smoothly. They also followed up regularly and provided an in depth description of the costs and rationale behind it. The delivery team and working crew were also attentive and paid close attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Quality Red Tag Floors! They came recommended by several family members who used them in the past, but I did my homework and gathered other quotes for comparison. We found them to be most affordable and Jeff was so transparent about including any potential extra costs we may encounter (floor levelling, etc.). Jeff was extremely knowledgable, spending lots of time explaining the different types of flooring options. He was also so patient and accommodating as I took weeks to contemplate different flooring colors - I even annoyed myself but he was always happy to take my calls! We ended up selecting vinyl plank flooring that Jeff recommended would complement our honey oak cabinetry, and his advice proved wise!
The installation crew was meticulous, highly skilled and left a tidy workspace each day. They laid out the flooring with perfection, arranging the different colored wood planks beautifully! We are SO pleased with how our new floors turned out, thanks to Jeff and his team! We would absolutely use them again!
Exceptional service from start to finish from Jeff, Yasir, and the entire installation crew. Jeff is thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. When I couldn’t find the perfect match among their stock selections, he arranged for a custom sample to be made. Even when that sample wasn’t quite right, he went above and beyond to explore every option to achieve my vision. Months later, when new inventory arrived, Jeff remembered exactly what I was looking for and contacted me right away — and it was perfect.
I ultimately purchased Mercier Natural White Oak solid hardwood, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Jeff took the time to explain all the coating options clearly and honestly, with no pressure or upselling — just genuine guidance based on experience and integrity.
Yasir and his installation team were outstanding — professional, meticulous, and incredibly hardworking. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the installation. Yasir even took it upon himself to repair an issue with one of my kitchen cabinets, simply because he’s that kind of thoughtful, dedicated professional.

The staff at Quality Red Tag floors were really helpful - answered all our questions about the flooring and installation. The pricing was beyond competitive and the options for flooring choices was great. I would purchase flooring from them again and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We used Red Tag Flooring to renovate our home before listing it for sale. Reg Tag completed the installation of laminate flooring and carpet throughout the house. It was a very seamless process with great communication from the meeting to provide a quote and throughout the installation process. They offer a wide range of choices for every budget and a large variety of color selections to choose from. The final product met our expectations, and the color selections that Red Tag helped us pick out went well together. Red tag recommended some additions to finish our stairways, and in the end, it looked amazing. I would highly recommend this company for your next project.
A lot of folks *think* they know how to run a business; Quality Red Tag Floors actually do. We had excellent service from start to finish: John who came to take measurements, Jeff who helped us select and order our desired flooring, and Yasir and his team who came to install. Jeff showed great versatility and flexibility in helping us adapt as installation got underway and a different kind of material and installation was needed. It never felt like anyone was trying to upsell or trick anyone; they were honest and did a great job.
When we get round to redoing more flooring in our place, we'll be back! Thanks to Jeff and all at QRTF.
Jeff helped me source the hardwood I wanted, and arranged storage of it until I could take delivery, as there were construction delays in my house. Very helpful and accommodating. I forget the installer's name unfortunately, but he also did an amazing job, and my floors look beautiful!

We came upon Red Tag by coincidence but we felt very comfortable with Jeff and really wanted to give him our business. He didn’t carry the product that we wanted ! So we went shopping to other flooring companies and my wife and I decided to see if maybe Jeff could find a product that was like what we really wanted! He couldn’t and decided to call the company that had our product and he was able to get it and we were so happy! Next we needed to have them come to our condo and see what they were up against as far as leveling the floors ! I met Wes ( my Polish Prince! He was unbelievable very accommodating and his workmanship and knowledge were spot on !!!
He delivered in so many ways and now we have an amazing floor that was professionally installed!
The other thing I think needs mentioning is the delivery team they were very professional also placing all the products in the right order and locations!!
