She arranged a mortgage that we were very happy with and made the process of applying for the relevent insurence policies much less daunting. Our mortgage advisor Natalie Green has been an absolute lifesaver for us! She was so attentive, dedicated, and really went above and beyond for us. The whole process was extremely smooth thanks to Natalie, even when we were faced with obstacles. We were first time buyers and she explained everything clearly to us, and was extremely responsive to our questions. She has been incredible and we would recommend her to anyone getting a mortgage. We also didn’t pay a penny as we are NHS staff, which is a real plus of Yellowbrick. But Natalie is worth her weight in gold!
