We couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor than Ben Bayat. From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, patient and always willing to go the extra mile to support us. Ben consistently made himself available, outside of normal working hours, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
He put in an incredible amount of work behind the scenes and kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us real peace of mind. I just can’t recommend Ben highly enough. Thank you!!!

After being messed around for nearly 3 weeks by another mortgage brokers, I decided to give Yellow Brick a try, was contract same day by a Gentlemen by the name of Alex Budd.
Who would be dealing with my application, he actually took the time out to explain everything in great detail, as i'm a 1st time buyer, so the hole experience was very new to me.
What can I say, with in 24 hours of making contact, my application was approved!!

This is now my second experience with Yellow Brick Mortgages, with Frances being my advisor again which was lovely. Time flies and when it was time to renew after 5 years, I didn’t have a second thought about returning to Yellow Brick Mortgages.
As last time, the process was so easy and I feel I’ve got a great deal, definitely better than I would have received looking on my own. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Frances, our mortgage advisor. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and made the whole process feel much less daunting from the very start. No question ever felt too silly. Frances took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood each step.
Frances was also extremely flexible and always made herself available, even taking calls at all hours to fit around my schedule. Her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out and made the entire experience far less stressful.

I recently completed my mortgage process with Yellow brick mortgages, and overall I had a very positive experience. I used yellow brick mortgages to find a deal for my first house. Richard Lambert done an excellent Job in finding a suitable mortgage considering my circumstances (self employed, credit rating etc). I highly recommend Richard and Yellow brick mortgages and the only negative is I wish I'd written this sooner.
