I was very impressed with Pedro and group from Yavapai. Landscaping in the clean up of my property. I have been living in Forest Trails (near the border of National Forest) for over 20 years. During that time, I have accumulated a massive amount of Oak leaves and brush along the perimeter of my property. It was overwhelming in scope. I thought that I did a good job in pruning throughout the years but the more I did, the more I saw!
Finally I gave up and gave "YL" a call. They show up with a large dump truck with a shredder attached. The crew made quick work of my fire prone property eliminating even a tree. In less than a day's time, they gave me peace of mind and made me fire-wise. I appreciated their checking with me throughout the day, to ask me, if there was anything more that they could do. Above and beyond, they were conscientious in their work and did an amazing job! Would I use them again? Hell yes!

My wife and I needed some improvements to our backyard, which was a mess and barely usable. Nathan and Jorge came out and worked with us to come up with a plan. They were very flexible to our specific needs. Rafa and Rafael spent a hard week executing the plan. They are extremely hard workers and Rafa's rock skills were evident. Exposed drain lines were re-routed and covered and a nice flagstone patio was installed with new gravel. My wife and I are very happy with the experience.

Hired Yavapai Landscaping to drain and clean our Koi pond. I'm giving them 3 stars because I liked the workers; however, they weren't very experienced. They brought 1 small pump so a 5-hour job turned into an 8-hour job. They wouldn't remove the pump to clean it, which was disappointing and they reinstalled the pump filter incorrectly, which I discovered weeks later. I asked that they remove all the lighting cords, but some were left. Doubt that we'll use Yavapai again.

They did multiple projects - a block wall planter, enlarged a driveway made of pavers, enlarged the front walk and front porch entrance with pavers, installed chain downspouts. Yavapai Landscaping was very easy to work with - they came when they said they would come and were no problems working with. They did everything we wanted done with no problems. They did the work exactly on budget. They were a breath of fresh air compared to some of the contractors we have hired. They were easy to contact. We were very satisfied with the work. We highly recommend them.
Have had a monthly maintenance agreement with Yavapai Landscaping for a few months. They take care of our weeds, trimming trees and bushes, etc., and we have been very happy with their service. Yesterday we had a surprise issue with a leaking irrigation pipe and it was taken care of right away. Problem fixed and clean up was perfect, wouldn't even know anything had happened! Highly recommend Mario and his crew, all of them are very professional and knowledgeable. FIVE STARS!!!

Way overpriced. Simple leak ended up costing over $600 an hour. Employees were very nice and quickly found leak and repaired it and checked whole irrigation system, but $1,250 for less than 2hours work is insanely expensive. No new parts were required, just a simple leak in one of the boxes. Will definitely not use this company again.
