From start to finish, they were organised, calm, and always two steps ahead. They made the whole planning process stress-free and fun, and on the day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Every detail was thought of and executed beautifully. We couldn’t have done it without them!

Yarra Valley Pop Up Weddings and Jenny gave my wife and I our dream wedding. We got to choose the important elements to us and forget about the rest. We are both busy teachers and it was amazing to put decisions and organisation into Jenny’s more than capable hands. We had a beautiful and smooth wedding day; where we just got to enjoy our special day worry free. We loved the food, cake and flowers. Our celebrant and photographer were amazing. Jenny was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and her team were amazing on the day. We couldn’t recommend Yarra Valley Pop Up Wedding highly enough, thank you for making our special day absolutely perfect!

Jenny and her team at Yarra Valley Pop Up Weddings are an incredible team that made our wedding the most magical day, beyond our wildest dreams 😍😍😍 No amount of words can describe the amount of care, detail and integrity they put towards our wedding. Jenny has not only answered and reassured all my questions and fears about the big day but she had honored our quotes when we started planning our wedding in 2021, which again, testifies to her integrity.❤️ Her team made sure we were fed on our wedding day by helping us grab food whilst we were making our rounds to our guests. Furthermore, they even made sure that I was reserved the special non - alcoholic beverage that I bought for myself, which was a lovely surprise when I got down to reception 🥰😍😍 I can go on about them but mainly, if you are ever going to get married in the Yarra Valley area but have a small or moderate budget, Yarra Valley Pop Up Weddings is the way to go. From impeccable and friendly service to having literally everything except for your outfits for your wedding day already planned, there is no better choice than them for your wedding. If a stress free and seamless wedding experience is what you're after, look no further. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of - the ceremony and the reception, including food and wedding cake (complete with decorations). Couldn't be happier and it made the day even more enjoyable. Very highly recommended!

We organised our intimate wedding through Yarra Valley Pop Up Weddings and it was the best decision my husband and I have made. Jenny looked after us from the beginning to the very end. Always responsive with my emails or calls. The package provided was so affordable we couldn’t believe it as well as everything was included from flowers, to celebrant/photographer, food and drinks afterwards. If you are looking for someone to help organise a tiny to even a big wedding in the Yarra Valley area don’t look no further.. Jenny and her team have got you covered! Honestly the best!!
