Johnny was timely, professional and honest. He came to inspect our couches first - two couches that were used as bathrooms by toilet training puppies, and advised that it wasn’t that bad. Instantly trusted his honesty as he didn’t try and upsell us straight away. We decided to get them cleaned and he offered us a next day appointment, was prompt and quick and explained what he had done and found. I actually can not wait to get my couches cleaned again! They smell amazing, feel amazing and I’m so glad we went with Johnny. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to sit on my clean couch!
