FILTHY, NASTY, DISGUSTING, WORKERS!!!!THEY LEFT BEER CANS, CIGARETTES, GUM, CHICKEN BONES & DAMAGED MY PROPERTY!!!!
MY FIRST 1 STAR REVIEW EVER!!!! I don’t normally write bad reviews and I’m am not a complainer. I normally only take the time to write positive reviews but I feel obligated to warn the public DO NOT USE these roofers. The roofing crew did a terrible job of cleaning up. You would expect a couple of stray nails left behind but this debris left behind was a safety hazard. I ended up buying a metal magnet tool to swept and clean the area. I have 2 black labs that could have been seriously injured. I’m a gardening enthusiast and the lack of care for my plants and landscaping is beyond words. I had crushed, stepped on plants, chicken bones, massive amounts of cigarette butts, water bottles, caps and beer cans other garbage littered in my garden. They did such a poor job protecting my home that I discovered holes in my lanai screens after the job was finished and no one said anything. At least be honest that you damaged my property. All I can say to any future customer is Xtreme Roofing is an Extreme Nightmare. Update August 6, 2023. Despite them saying that would address my damages, they put a lien on my home and demanded payment for a project financed with my solar install company. Despite me providing receipts of my damages and communicating with their attorney, once they received payment from the finance company per the contract they did NOT reimburse me for my damages. My deepest concern was the alcohol consumption on this project and the total disregard for the damages they did to my property. How can they desecrate someone’s home, harass me for payment that they signed a contract with a finance company to get reimbursed, acknowledge that I was left cleaning up behind filthy workers and spending unnecessary time and money to restore my property. My reviews are ALWAYS positive but this stressful experience and the harm done to me getting pricked my nails and metal scraps carelessly left behind in addition to them refusing to compensate me for my damages left me and now getting a lawyer involved leaves me with no choice but to warn the public.

Your response is false and insulting. We are still engaged in a LEGAL proceedings that you STILL HAVE NOT PAID. I stand by my 1st 1 star.
