I met Arsenio on the beach when walking the boardwalk. He took my info and the next day I got a call to schedule my appointment to examine the roof for the following day. Arsenio was on time, checked everything and gave me a quote via email the same day. Mathew Jr. was accommodating when we shared the news about my brother. Mathew Sr. came to pickup the downpayment check. He went above and beyond checking out and addressing questions we had about other issues with the house. The permit was approved in about 3 weeks. My only issue was the lack of communication between permit approval and scheduling the roof replacement. However, the supervisor on the job was Arsenio and he was excellent in explaining each step of the process. His professionalism, care and concern made up for the miscommunication of the office. XRC initially was very nice and savvy at getting our business. I paid 20% up front then another 30% before they even removed the first shingle. So with 50% paid and nothing started I was getting a change order while they insisted I pay more before they do anything. After a year long confrontation with this company I highly recommend you RUN away from hiring this company.

For transparency: the change orders you received were for unforeseen damaged decking that had to be addressed to meet code and pass inspection. In addition, our scope went beyond the roof—we replaced damaged wood around the garage, which required engineering, permit revisions, siding removal, and a garage door remove-and-reset. These items can extend timelines, especially when insurance and permitting are involved, and we understand how frustrating that can be.
Regarding payments, our contract outlines a standard schedule that covers permitting, engineering, materials, and mobilization prior to visible tear-off work. We never proceed with change-order work without customer authorization.
We believe we took great care of your home, but we clearly fell short of your expectations. We’d like the chance to review your file with you and make this right. Please contact our office so we can resolve any outstanding concerns.

We hired X-treme again! This time we needed the bathroom ceiling repaired due to seepage that had occurred over a year ago. As a result part of the ceiling wall board finish had been separating and peeling back. Derick, the supervisor of the job, has been wonderful to work with and was always very helpful. Jay, the worker who did the repairs, is amazing. He worked tirelessly and completed the work in great time. You absolutely can not tell where it was repaired, that’s great workmanship!

From the moment I contacted Xtreme Roofing, the experience was outstanding. I had an emergency roof leak, and SR came out the very next day. After discussing pricing, I was connected with their financing company, which made the process affordable with manageable payments. Within two weeks, permits were secured, and the roofing work began.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As a small business owner, I was reluctant to leave a review, however my experience was so horrible I feel as though it’s my obligation to do so. I hired Xtreme Roofing to cover my patio with a roof. What was supposed to be a dream project turned into an on going nightmare that lasted over a year and a half with delays and excuses. First thing I noticed is that they don’t do the work themselves. They hire a bunch of private contractors that are not of the best quality to do the job. Some of the guys look like they picked them up from the local Home Depot. One guy even took the liberty of urinating in my backyard and my wife saw him do it. these are the type of people they hire. One of private contractors came to my property, saying he never got paid by Xtreme roofing for the work that he did and told me that the company has Financial issues to say the least. I could go on and on about the poor construction, lack of accountability and mistakes made. The final result, which I’ve added the pictures to the review is that they used white shingles to cover the new addition. The problem with that is my house’s original roof is black . This shows you the lack of attention to detail. My experience was so bad I feel like never taking on another renovation to my property again.

We want to clarify that the work was completed in accordance with the signed contract, which specified: "Cap Sheet Color: White, Drip Edge Color: White, Vents/Accessories Color: White," along with "Shingles to be tied into new flat roofing materials and to existing shingles. Shingle color to match as close as possible." Your project received a white flat roof as outlined, and the shingles installed were black to closely match the existing roof. We understand that consistency and attention to detail are crucial in construction, and we regret any disappointment you may have with the final outcome.
Regarding our workforce, we take great care in selecting skilled professionals to work on our projects. The subcontractors we partner with are licensed, insured, and qualified to meet industry standards. Any unprofessional behavior on our job sites is completely unacceptable, and we would have addressed it immediately had we been made aware at the time. We encourage open communication throughout our projects and had requested walkthroughs with you to address any concerns in real-time.
Additionally, claims about financial issues or unpaid subcontractors are not accurate. We operate with full accountability and integrity, ensuring all our team members and subcontractors are compensated for their work. If any individual approached you regarding payment, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address it directly.
We understand that construction projects can be stressful, and it is never our intention for a customer to feel dissatisfied. Our supervisors are meeting with you today to review any outstanding concerns, and we remain committed to working toward a resolution.

I was referred to Xtreme Roofing by my friend who is an engineer. John C. was so professional and took a lot of time answering all of our questions regarding our damaged roofing situtation. He was very patient in this trying time after the storms. John took care of every detail and maintained contact throughout the project. Scheduling occured earlier than expected which was a bonus. The crew leader, Arsenio, was also extremely professional along with his amazing team. Arsenio kept us informed and answered all our questions.
