FILTHY, DISGUSTING, WORKERS!!!! THEY LEFT BEER CANS & DAMAGED MY PROPERTY!!!! MY FIRST 1 STAR REVIEW EVER!!!! I don’t normally write bad reviews and I’m am not a complainer. I normally only take the time to write positive reviews but I feel obligated to warn the public DO NOT USE these roofers. The roofing crew did a terrible job of cleaning up. You would expect a couple of stray nails left behind but this debris left behind was a safety hazard. I ended up buying a metal magnet tool to swept and clean the area. I have 2 black labs that could have been seriously injured. I’m a gardening enthusiast and the lack of care for my plants and landscaping is beyond words. I had crushed, stepped on plants, chicken bones, massive amounts of cigarette butts, water bottles, caps and beer cans other garbage littered in my garden. They did such a poor job protecting my home that I discovered holes in my lanai screens after the job was finished and no one said anything. At least be honest that you damaged my property. All I can say to any future customer is Xtreme Roofing is an Extreme Nightmare. Update August 6, 2023. Despite them saying that would address my damages, they put a lien on my home and demanded payment for a project financed with my solar install company. Despite me providing receipts of my damages and communicating with their attorney, once they received payment from the finance company per the contract they did NOT reimburse me for my damages. My deepest concern was the alcohol consumption on this project and the total disregard for the damages they did to my property. How can they desecrate someone’s home, harass me for payment that they signed a contract with a finance company to get reimbursed, acknowledge that I was left cleaning up behind filthy workers and spending unnecessary time and money to restore my property. My reviews are ALWAYS positive but this stressful experience and the harm done to me getting pricked my nails and metal scraps carelessly left behind in addition to them refusing to compensate me for my damages left me and now getting a lawyer involved leaves me with no choice but to warn the public.

They did a great job on our roof. John kept us informed through the whole process and made sure tge project went smoothly.

Rented this company 4 dumpsters for a roofing job back in March. We are now in May and have exhausted all ways to get them to pay me. No one will return your calls. No one will respond to your emails. And for certain no one is paying the bills. Get paid upfront for your containers or you will be in limbo just like me continuously asking for payment. If they want to remedy this I will update my review

What an excellent company to work with. From beginning to end, Xtreme Roofing & Construction went above and beyond to meet our needs. They put a new roof on the house we were in the process of selling as well as put a new roof on the house we were moving to. Their crew was always on time, very respectful of us going in and out of the home throughout the day, cleaned up thoroughly to make sure it was safe for my son to be outside, and always had smiles on their faces as they came and went. The lead on the job was always attentive, telling me exactly what was going on during the process. They were easy to get ahold of if I needed something, and always answered whatever questions I had in a timely manner. They were a breeze to work with and did a wonderful job. Thank you Xtreme Roofing & Construction for making a very messy job, easy and clean for our family!

You don't see a lot of negative reviews of Xtreme Roofing and Construction aka XTC. This is because they attempt to make unsatisfied customers sign paperwork agreeing, under threat of future legal action, that they will not speak about or post about Xtreme in a negative way. I know because they tried to make me sign this paperwork. In fact, after they failed to even start on a roofing project I hired them for, signed an agreement for (one that never mentioned what I could or couldn't speak about), and left a deposit for... after 7 months of unanswered calls, staff changes that meant I was never talking to the same person, and a shell game of start dates, when I finally said I wanted my thousands of dollars deposit back and to cancel our agreement, they refused to return my money for a full month unless I agreed to their gag order, legally signing away my right to tell people about my bad experience. It took me getting a lawyer involved and preparing a small claims suit to get them to return the money they were holding. They stated, in writing, that they would not return the money because I would not sign the document that included the agreement not to speak negatively about them. When they finally gave in, it was only seemingly because they were informed the lawsuit would be filed the following morning. Even when they finally returned my money, they spitefully shorted my deposit by $30. I would speculate they only agreed to finally return my deposit without my promise of silence because they didn't want to be embarrassed in court in Sanford, where they're trying to ramp up a solar business too... but that's just speculation. I can speculate if I want, though. They have no right to stop me. I don't recommend working with them, but if you somehow already are, carefully read every document they put in front of you. Don't sign anything with them that forces you to be silent about them. They want to make it illegal for their disgruntled former clients to tell the truth about bad experiences. That, I think, is worse than them just being a lackluster company. I challenge the City of Sanford government to look into these business practices by Xtreme roofing and construction, and of any contractor with similar practices and disqualify them from working for the city (which they brag about doing when courting new customers) as long as they make people sign agreements like this. Any contractor who tries to strong arm rights from their citizens as part of a contractural agreement should get no business from the city or benefit from the tax dollars of the same people they are legally trying to silence.

Xtreme roofing was recommended to me by a friend as well. I got 4 quotes from different roofers… 2 of which did not even come to my house!! Bob came out, got on the roof, took pictures, walked around with me, explained everything, answered every question, took his time and fully understood what my needs were and even gave recommendations. I was so very grateful for his expertise and the knowledge he shared with me. I highly recommend this company for for roofing AND other construction needs!

Got our roof done with XRC and it looks amazing. The process was easy from the initial estimate to clean up. BIG John was our initial estimate person, an awesome guy & thank you for your service! He treated us like family and looked out for my best interest in getting the roof complete. He updated me via text and told me to call him anytime with questions or any concerns. He made sure all the information got transitioned over to the crew before work started and he was on site to ensure a smooth transition to the installers. My wife wants to add that Taylor is amazing as well. Taylor called my wife a few times during this whole process to ensure that the work will be done to our satisfaction. ETREME ROOFING has an amazing staff and a company we’ll call whenever we need work done in the future. Great experience with the Sales Team (surprise). Product looks good - so far. Only problem was the scheduling came as a bit of a surprise.

My experience with Mr John Cooke and xtreme roofing was absolutely incredible from beginning to finish. He explained everything in a simple and easy to understand way. His communication was top notch and was pro.ot to respond directly to me with any question I had. The co oany helped me thru this difficult process and made it simple and enjoyable. Missie was great also. I highly recommend this company to anyone else with any roofing or construction needs.

Xtreme Roofing did an excellent job on our home in Hernando Beach, so we are using them for our Sanford home. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional. You can't go wrong !
