The Xolar representative was friendly and professional, hence the two stars. However, all I wanted was a quote for solar panels and a battery backup system so I could compare prices with other quotes I had received. I passed all the required information onto the representative but was then expected to schedule a second phone/zoom appointment to review the quote online. I said I just wanted the quote emailed to me, I don’t need the second appointment. Apparently they would rather lose my potential business than email me a quote directly. By the looks of some of the reviews on here, I’m glad it didn’t work out.

Robin was excellent with explaining the entire process from start to finish, and understanding the process in getting system being proposed, the financial incentives, and the final financing. Robin was extremely helpful in making our decision.

Robin was very helpful and professional providing initial information to get me started! The proposal she prepared was easy to understand and the graphics were clear. She answered all of my questions well.

It is horrible experience with Xolar. I’m waiting for my project to be completed for last 5 months after paying the full amount. There is absolute zero process and no transparency. Most horrible is the project manager. She is least bothered about progress of the project. Xolar is only interested for getting the payment. I have to run after individual multiple contacts within Xolar to move from one step to next and yet stuck in middle after 5 months.
