Melissa was absolutely incredible. I sent her to put a windshield in and the car wasn’t there. It was for my daughter and her boyfriend took her car to work. They went to his workplace and did the job right then. Best glass company I ever worked with. If you choose to use somebody else, that’ll be your own problem. Melissa took my call when the store was about to close on a saturday, we kept comunication via text during the weekend for documents needed to handle insurance claim. On Monday morning Hansel and Gino did a excellent job installing my car's windshield . Excellent service, clean, very professional. 100% recomended
This is my first time EVER to go to to an auto glass repair, I had the great customer service I ever experienced even though I was Freaked out that my Chrysler Pacifica rear window had shattered into pieces and was concern of a lot of money to pay out of my pocket , But Jimmy and tony made my concern to not worry !!! He got the window ordered in the same time when my appointment that he set me up and was done less than 45 min!!!! I RECOMMEND TO COME AND ESPECIALLY WITH THIER WARRANTY. Thank you again guys!!!
