Isaac, a non-professional individual, booked an appointment with me on Thursday through his website, charging me an advance payment. Regrettably, he failed to attend my appointment the following morning when I arrived at the scheduled time. Upon attempting to contact him, he proposed rescheduling the appointment for the following day. I accepted the rescheduling, but he still did not show up the next day. When I requested a refund, he engaged in personal attacks. This individual demonstrates a complete disregard for your time and schedule.

Yesterday morning, I awoke to a downpour and the realization that I had left my car windows cracked open. I ran out to my car and the inside was already getting drenched. I did not want mold or mildew to develop. I found Xceptional Details online and called them immediately. Isaac was very professional and came out the very next day. He cleaned up the water & detailed the interior. The result is definitely exceptional! It’s more pristine than the day I bought the car. I will definitely use them again!

Isaac is the one who detailed my Tesla and he was very professional. The attention to detail and just the all around effort he put in to making my car look better than brand new showed immensely. I have used a few other mobile detailers but this company blows them out of the water. Will definitely be using them again.

Isaac and his helper just left after 4 hours of interior/exterior detailing. 3 hours just on the Interior. It is showroom clean. We’ve had other Detailers, but nothing like this. They even have a de-ionizing unit to remove minerals from the rinse water. They will be our detailers moving forward. Isaac is great. I HIGHLY recommend them. We just had Issac back to detail my wife’s Ford Explorer. He did a PHENOMENAL job. It looks showroom clean on both the interior and exterior. We will always use Issac. He’s a great young man.
