We had a great day with Erika! She picked us up from our hotel for a private tour of Yax Muul Cenotes, Xunaan Cenote and lunch. We had such a great day! It was exactly what we were hoping for. And Erika was so fun and friendly and made us feel so comfortable. We would highly recommend booking with this company.

Erika was fantastic! She was kind, funny, helpful, and knew a lot about the area. We had so much fun swimming with the turtles, going to the private cenote, and having a delicious lunch and a local Mayan restaurant. Highly recommend!

Wow - what an experience! We took a Chichen Itza/2 cenotes tour with Mario and it was fabulous! Mario was so helpful, very funny, loaded with tons of knowledge about everything, and so very kind. The ride went smoothly and we were able to customize any aspect we wanted to. The food we had during the tour was also delicious and the staff there were super accommodating, too. Marisol was our reservations coordinator and she was so on top of all aspects of booking, questions needing answers, quick and helpful response times. I could not recommend this company more. The private tours are the way to go. Way more personalized, customizable, and truly laid back. Thank you for making our day unforgettable!

Outstanding service and tour! Arranged with Aranza who was very helpful as I worked thru my options for vacation. Speedy replies and great communication. Our guide was Sabino who was fabulously knowledgeable about the ruins and also culture of the Mayans. This was my third visit to the ruins but the first with a guide which made it so much more! Lunch at a local restaurant was delicious and very colorful. We visited two cenotes after lunch, which is a wonderful way to complete a hot Tulum day. Xaman-Ha was the key to a great visit, having it personalized to our pace was priceless.

Wow!!! The visit of the cenotes was so amazing. The guide, TAPIA, knew everything about the creation of the cenotes. He brought us to 3 of them and he was the absolutely best. He is so funny, patient, spoke very well english and he also drove us to some local pharmacy. He was above and beyond. I recommend this organization and if you can choose your guide, ask for TAPIA.

We had such a wonderful experience with Tapia! We were a group of eight friends, four couples, and from beginning to end he made the entire day special. Tapia was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He took us to three different cenotes and explained everything so well. He also planned the timing perfectly so that we were able to enjoy the cenotes peacefully, without crowds, which made the experience even more magical. He knows so much about the cenotes, their history, and the area, and you can tell he truly cares about giving his guests an amazing experience. At the end of the tour, he brought us to a small local restaurant in Tulum where we had authentic handmade tacos, and they were absolutely delicious! Tapia even went above and beyond after the tour. We needed to stop at two different pharmacies, and he kindly drove us there and helped us without hesitation. He is simply a wonderful, genuine, and caring person. All eight of us truly enjoyed our day with him, and we would recommend Tapia 100%. Thank you so much, Tapia, for such a memorable day!

Private tour for two I’m glad I chose this private tour over some of the larger tours. Pickup was early but was appropriate as we missed the crowds in all the stops. The car was comfortable, clean and Mario had water for us as well. Mario stopped a couple times along the drive for us to use the restroom and buy any snacks from convenience store. He was very knowledgeable about Chichen Itza and was mindful to try to keep his talking in the shade. The lunch restaurant was authentic food and was delicious. I enjoyed the cenote and especially being there with minimal crowds.

Tulum and cenotes We went as a couple and did the Tulum ruins and cenotes tour. The booking process was quick and easy, thanks to Aranza and Marisol. Our guide, Sabino, arrived right on time and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the tour. The experience at the cenotes was absolutely awesome and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We had a great time and would highly recommend this experience!

Great experience Xaman Ha Connections is truly worth every penny. Our guide (Mario) was fantastic and has a wealth of knowledge. My wife and I had a great day visiting Chichen Itza and Saamal Cenote. Chichen Itza is obviously a magical place and well worth a visit but Mario's insight and knowledge made it even more special. The Saamal cenote was pretty cool and fun to jump into for a quick cool down. The buffet, which I'm usually not a fan of, was actully quite good and there were plenty of choices to satisfy mid-day hunger. I would not hesitate to book another tour with Xaman Ha Connections and will definitely request Mario again. Thank you
