Unforgettable Day at Chichén Itzá — Mario Was the Best Guide!
Our visit to Chichén Itzá was truly unforgettable, thanks to our tour guide, Mario. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history of the site. Mario explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made the entire experience so much more meaningful. He guided us through Chichén Itzá with expert detail and made sure we didn’t miss any important spots. The cenote portion of the tour was also amazing, beautiful, refreshing, and very well organized.Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re planning to visit Chichén Itzá, I highly recommend requesting Mario. He made the day exceptional.
Enrique provided great shuttle service to and from the Tulum airport. The transportation was cool and spacious for travel and luggage. He was on time and courteous, providing information about Tulum.

Excelente 100% recomendado

My husband and I recently booked a tour with Xaman-Ha Connections and we visited Tulum, Coba, 2 cenotes, stopped at a small community in the jungle for a traditional meal (absolutely delicious!) and were led through the property by a shaman who shared his family's history and different artifacts that had been found in the area, explained the healing/medicinal purpose of the various plants he picked and had us sample as we roamed the grounds, showed us his collection of bees who live in logs and let us try the honey they produced, and performed a ceremonial ritual with us. Our guide, Sabino, impressed us from the moment he picked us up from our resort in Cancun. Sabino's deep passion for the culture and history of his country was clearly evident. That, along with Sabino's vast knowledge gained from 30 years of guide experience and his continued professional development and certifications earned resulted in my husband and I having the pmost incredible experience. We were so thrilled with our tour that we booked another tour with Sabino for the following week. We visited a church, Chichen Itza, 2 open air cenotes, did a tequila tasting, had another fabulous lunch, and did some shopping in Valladolid before returning to our hotel. Sabino went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had a memorable time. Sabino clearly communicated with us in English and he and my history buff husband conversed for hours about the Myans, Aztecs, architecture, artifacts, etc. I can't rave enough about our positive experience during both of the tours we booked with Sabino through Xama-Ha Connections. Their customer service and professionalism far surpassed our expectations. When we returned home and looked at the fabulous videos and photos that Sabino took on his phone and shared with us through WhatsApp, we sent an additional tip to him through PayPal because we were so happy that he had captured so many special moments during our tours. We are already planning on another tour with Sabino and Xaman-Ha Connections to Ek Balam and more cenotes when we return to Mexico in 6 months. A private tour is well worth the expense and you won't be disappointed if booking through this company! We had a 5 star experience during both of the tours we booked and I will continue to use Xaman-Ha Connections for my future sightseeing excursions in Mexico.

Best experience
I had an amazing experience with Axman-HA and Roman. The service was professional, the ride was smooth, and everything felt easy and reliable. What truly stood out was Roman sharing beautiful stories, history, and local insights about Tulum—it made the trip feel special and personal. I highly recommend Axman-HA and Roman for anyone looking for a top-quality driving experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Incredible Service!
We had the absolute best experience with Roman, our driver from Xaman-Ha. He drove us from Cancun to Tulum and back, and both trips were truly exceptional. Roman was kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating. He took extra time on each ride to stop for food, stretch breaks, and anything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. His driving was smooth and safe, and he made the long drives so much more enjoyable with his professionalism and warm personality. You can tell he really cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to make the experience memorable. He shared so much information and his knowledge is incomparable. If you’re traveling in the Cancun/Tulum area, I can’t recommend Roman enough. We were so grateful to have him!
Great Day in Tulum
Tapia was a wonderful guide, we had a wonderful tour of the ruins with Alejandro, then Tapia took us swimming in the Cenote’s. He swam with us and we explained the cenote’s and kept us away from any rocks. We then had a yummy lunch at Oaxaca Cafe for great tacos. Was a great day, thank you!
Excellent Private Tours
My parents and I did two excursions with Xaman-Ha during our visit: the Punta Allen boat tour in Siam Ka’an and the Cabo Ruins + 2 Cenotes. Both were awesome. The tours were very intimate, so a guide who got to know us well and made an effort to focus on the things that interested us most. We actually had the same guide for both excursions. Mario was a fantastic guide—personable, knowledgeable, and ready to adjust to the circumstances at a moments notice (for example, a tour bus pulled up to a cenote at the same time as us, so he brought us to a different one first instead, and as a result we had each cenote completely to ourselves and it was magical). Our boat captain for the Punta Allen tour was very keyed-in to the wildlife and managed to get us a great view of a manatee and her young calf as well as a pair of dolphins and several big sea turtles. Snorkeling was also very cool in the perfectly clear water and we saw so many colorful fishes along with a sting ray. I liked how we had many destinations so the excursion never got tedious. The road in/out of Siam Ka’an definitely sucks, but Mario was an excellent driver and navigated the numerous giant potholes with finesse. The ruins of Coba were very interesting to see up close, and Mario knew a ton about the history and archeology, which he was eager to share with us. Biking through the ruins was also a great experience (I wasn’t sure about that part since I’m not really much of a biker but I loved it)—the paths through the jungle between the temples were so picturesque. The food was surprisingly good on both excursions as well.My parents were delighted with the whole experience and my trip planning was a whole lot easier since all the logistics were taken care of and I could just relax and enjoy.I would absolutely use this company again and will also recommend it to friends when they are visiting the area.
Private tour to Pyramids and Cenote
Private tour 4 total guest - Chichen Itza, Cenote and Villadoloid. Our experience was excellent with Manuel. Prompt pickup at hotel, got us to the pyramids ahead of all the large groups and stayed on course to enjoy the Cenote and lunch without any issues or larger group tours . With every penny to book this route.
