I highly recommend Max and the team at X1 Plumb Melbourne. They recently handled a custom job for me, plumbing a new 315L tank in series with an existing heat pump along a narrow side path. They set up a clean 3-valve bypass loop for future redundancy and worked seamlessly with my electrician to coordinate the smart switchboard integration.
Excellent communication, arrived on time, neat pipework, and highly professional. Great choice if you need a local Bayside plumber. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Called Max 7:50am on a Monday regarding a leak and he was at our house within the hour! By Tuesday afternoon his team had been in replaced all our pipes and made sure everything was working as it should. Super friendly, responsive and reasonably priced! Definitely recommend.

Showed up in less than an hour for emergency sewer damage caused by construction drilling at the neighbouring property.
Max came up with a solution to replace the bady broken underground pipes and was very communicative, knowledgeable and helpful in the process. Legends Kyle and John went to work under somewhat difficult working conditions in close proximity to large machinery, and worked extremely hard to get the job done. The team went out of their way to help.

Rang Max first thing in the morning re a rain water tank pump not working and he sent Kyle within a couple of hours. He was fantastic - thorough,knowledgeable and so helpful. Fixed the pump which I don’t think had ever worked and then
actually discovered our main sewer line was blocked hence toilets not flushing efficiently and called SE water directly to organise for them to come out and clear the main. Absolutely brilliant!!! They will be our go to plumbers in the Bayside area. Fantastic service!!!!
I called Max today and within the hour he came to my house to fix an issue with our hot water. He was on time and friendly, explaining clearly what was wrong and how it was fixed. He fixed the issue quickly, however whilst here he noticed our sewage pipe was blocked and had overflown, we have recently moved into an old house. He rearranged his day to ensure he could back with his team to fix the urgent issue and clear the pipes.
The team were friendly and efficient and reasonsbly priced. We would highly recommend them. Thanks

Thanks Lisa! Nothing worse than no hot water and then to top it all off and blocked sewer! Glad we were able to get it all sorted on the same day :)
Highly recommended Max and his team. Very pleasant to deal with and had excellent communication at all times.
He advised us that our gas heater of 30 years was no longer repairable and provided us with options. He explained these clearly and effectively.
Call out was Friday and Max had our new heater up and running by Monday afternoon. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

Appreciate the great feedback! Unfortunately many sewer blockages caused by tree roots require a dig up or a reline otherwise they continue to block up. We are stoked with how your reline turned out.

Solved a long standing issue with a hydroflow hot water system. Installed a continuous flow in a better location. Good problem solver and will take on tricky jobs.

Max and team did a great job on a really complex storm water/ ornamental pond (as well as fixing up some simple stuff). It involved several pumps ( one of which had died) , a messy inital 10 year old set up. It was very difficult to access. but they got through it, cleaned up and its a great success. Well done to X1 plumbing.
