He is easy to work with and will absolutely sell your home no questions asked. OR he will find you your perfect home- Guaranteed!!! Corky guided and helped me during other situations where he wasnt being paid to do so. He made the sale of my home worth every penny, he took care of every single detail and literally made my life easy. I will never NOT recommend him for buying or selling a home. Cathy Herron is great! As a first time home buyer, the whole process can be scary and intimidating- but with Cathy as our realtor, I had peace of mind. Cathy is a go-getter and always works to communicate clearly and effectively. Throughout the process, she was making sure we were involved in every step and made sure we knew what was going on and how everything worked. She worked great with our lender and does things in a very timely matter which is so important in a realtor. Even though she was the one working to sell the house, she made sure us buyers were getting what we paid for and stood up for us as well. She definitely knows what she is doing. Highly recommend!
