Flood Doctor was fantastic to work with. They responded quickly and provided excellent ideas to help us deal with our flooded basement. Patrick was especially helpful—very informative, professional, and easy to talk to. We really appreciated their guidance during a stressful situation. If we ever have another flooding issue, Flood Doctor will definitely be the first company we call.

Thank you Patrick & team for being the 1st to reach back to us & come over to help us out for a couple of hours after we called & left our name at so many flood companies for 3 days straight. We are in our 70's, no children & I am already mold sick, so we were in an emergency situation.

I recently had my basement flooded, I’m so thankful for Flood Doctors, but especially for Patrick who did a superb job. He exceeded my expectations in drying up my basement and disinfecting everything, after two floods back to back! Excellent work and highly recommended!

Our basement flooded during a recent storm, along with countless other homes in our area. Due to such high demand, all of our local restoration companies were booked, and weren't even answering their 24 hour emergency phone or returning our calls. Desperate for help with equipment to dry out the basement, Flood Doctors was the only company (out of about ten) who returned my call and was able to come out the next day. He was willing to help us, even though we were over a half hour away. If not for him, we would have been totally on our own and ended up with bigger problems. So thank you Patrick for being there and helping us when we really needed you!

After it was raining for three days, our carpeted basement was completely flooded, along with many others in the area. Despite meeting with other flood victims, Patrick and his Flood Doctors team were able to respond the same day to drain the flooded water. Following that they removed the entire damaged carpet from the 1500 sq. ft. basement, which meant they first had to move two beds, four sofas and a ton of workout gear (including a squat rack and dumbbell rack). Next, Patrick and his team applied disinfectant across the whole basement to prevent the growth of mold before moving all of our belongings to their original place. He was also very flexible and willing to work with us while we looked for a carpet installer. Most importantly, they offered all of this service for CHEAPER than three competing companies in the area. Overall, the Flood Doctors responded quickly throughout an emergency, they offered an incredible service with plenty of accommodations, and they did so for an incredibly fair price. Whether you’re dealing with a catastrophic flood, or something minor, I confidently believe these guys will do an excellent job.

A few weeks ago, we had a partial flooding in our basement due a sump pump malfunction. We called Patrick Bautch who came promptly and who was able to assess the situation very well. He gave us very detailed and pertinent information on what was supposed to be done to remedy the situation. We highly recommend Patrick as his focus and concern the whole time was to make sure that all the areas of the basement with potential mildew would be addressed. Listens to customer; answers all the questions; very hard working; very detailed and thorough; only concerned with excellent results. We are very happy with his work and the results and we would recommend Patrick and his company to anyone.

I've had flood restoration specialists work in my basement 3 times prior over the years. I have never had anyone as thorough, willing to work with me as much as Patrick and Flood Doctors. I cannot recommend him enough. He is an extremely detail oriented and thorough. I trust him implicitly with my basement. Patrick gets back to you every time promptly. He is the hardest working man in the industry. I cannot recommend him high enough.

Pat and team did an amazing job on our basement when the sewer backed up. They took care of everything, from clean up and item removal to sanitization and moving our cleaned items back in the basement when finished. Very professional and easy to work with. Can’t say enough good things about there hard work and attention to detail! I would highly recommend giving them a call when you have a home flooding issue!

We called Flood Doctors after a recent water event at our home. I can't say enough about Patrick and his crew. It's rare to come across such thorough, honest, caring contractors. Patrick was excellent about answering calls and texts, giving us prompt service and helping us through our claim process. We 100% recommend Flood Doctors if you have a water loss or similar event. Patrick is very thorough and does an amazing job. Our sump pump failed and we had a lot of personal things damaged in a newer basement. Patrick, Robert and Noah got everything out and then started the cleaning and drying of the basement. We actually had another basement under the original part of the house that also flooded. Needless to say the clean up was very involved. I would recommend Flood Doctors to every one in need of this service.

Patrick and Adam were extremely thorough and professional in their job performance of the water damage restoration and subsequent cleaning of my basement carpet. I highly recommend their services. They took the time to do the job right and then provided that extra service of cleaning the stairs from the basement to the first floor as well as the area in front of the entrance door. I may have initially called them for the water damage, but now I will call them on a regular basis for regular carpet care and cleaning. Thank you Patrick and Adam for you help and professional service. Thanks again, Brian

Patrick is one of the most conscientious contractors I have ever worked with. He was determined to take care of our finished basement and return it to its original state before a faulty sump pump allowed water to seep into our carpeting. He returns calls promptly. He cares, and he is not satisfied until the job is done. If you need his assistance in any way, don't hesitate because his work ethic is impressive.

I experienced an emergency related to an upper floor flooding lower level. I called Flood Doctors and Patrick, the owner, responded immediately. His knowledge related to floods and its remediation solution was very evident. He put me at ease and assured me that his company could take care of this problem. I was very pleased with the results.
