I love Zoe’s Pawfection! My dog Coco gets so happy every time he goes and everyone there is so caring and sweet with him. I asked for a mullet haircut and they did such a great job. It came out so cool! Highly recommend if you want a groomer that truly cares about your dog and will do an amazing job!

I love the quality of service that’s always provided for my overly anxious dog Max. He can be a handful when it comes time for grooming, especially getting his nails clipped as he does not like anyone messing with his paws, not even me. lol I’d never had the opportunity to see max get groomed in action, but they uploaded videos along with his report card to his portal. 😄 I am grateful for their patience, and love for our furry friends. Kudos to the young lady who didn’t give up on him and saw the job through all the way to the end. 💕Henry-the owner, was super nice and understanding of me running behind during scheduled pick up. He made sure max was comfortable and didn’t feel Abandoned, as he was the last dog there. 🥲 Thanks so much for your top tier service and love for animals. You have a huge heart and it shows. . I took my two pups to Zoe's today and I'm so glad I did! This has to be the best groomers in town! It's big and open so I could see the bathers and groomers working. Most groomers I've been to do all the work behind closed doors. You have no idea who might be grooming your dog or how they're being treated when that happens! At Zoe's, the owner introduced me to the employee who would groom my dogs and the groomer checked with me multiple times for each dog to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Zoe's wants the customer (and their owners) to leave happy! And you can watch the employees love on the dogs and treat them with care while they work. It's obvious the staff are all dog lovers which again can't always be said for their competitors. Zoe's checks all the boxes and left me very impressed! If the smiles from other dogs I saw were any indication, the dogs love Zoe's as much as their humans do. Thanks again, Zoe's team! See y'all soon!

I’ve been coming here for a while now, my pups are a bit sensitive and can be a lot to handle, especially my spicy wasabi! But everyone here at Zoe’s has been nothing but amazing. From Follow-ups on my pups cuts to updated phone calls and a warm and welcoming environment. They even took me to the back to see where they stay and the outside was so nice I wanted to stay and play. It’s been tough trying to find a groomer since moving from NY, and I’m happy I came across Zoe’s. You got a forever customer now!

This was the best experience professionally for me and my beautiful husky Daisy.Henry the owner is so knowledgeable let me explain.Our dog started having hotspots the last 4 visits at our old grooming place which we have been using for the past two years so we decided something has to change the vet visit every month our dogs well being was off not to mention the meds she was on .So we looked around read reviews what a nightmare we noticed Zoe’s looked good so I went for a visit and talked to Jessica very knowledgeable and you could tell she really loves the animals she said come back tomorrow and talk to the owner .So the next day I went and Meet Henry and wow he’s like the dog whisper he started telling me what needed to be done and I was ready.We had Daisy groomed the next day and again the love and patience and sincerity these people have is above and beyond Daisy groomer Jordan just did an amazing job you know how I know besides how beautiful Our dog Looked when we got home Daisy would never eat treats it would take an hour after getting home But not this time she ate several treats and was so relaxed her itching has stopped the first night we are so blessed to have found a grooming place that loves our dog as much as us. Loved the open atmosphere and the availability of doggy day care. Took my two large breeds multiple times without issue. Last visit was the last one for us however. They forgot to dremel their nails (not a major deal), so I called and asked to bring them back. They told me it was no problem. I brought them back and the male I dealt with at the counter was very rude, didn’t know what I was talking about, and was going to charge me!!!

Thank you for an opportunity to clarify our services on this public rating platform. When an employee, receptionist, manager, or the business owner asks you, the customer, WHY you are wanting free of charge services. That employee person is entitled to an explanation from you as to why you are telling them that you are entitled to free of charge services.

Nail Trimming or the Dremel is one of the most labor intensive services we offer to dogs. This service should NOT be confused with a nail clipping, which has different results, different price and requires less time/effort from everyone involved. Nail clipping is in the top three most laborious services offered to dogs. All of our baths and grooms come with a nail clipping included with the service price, not the nail trimming with the dremel.

The male that questioned you with genuine concern is the morning weekday receptionist, the full time manager and the 3rd year business owner of Zoe’s Pawfection. Your dogs did end up getting their free of charge nail dremel services, but only after manager approval. My staff try to please every client that enters and revisits my business. You must respect that there is a minimum level of due diligence I must do to ensure we remain open for business.

Took my fur baby here and they did a fabulous job with him! The groomers asked thorough questions to understand what I wanted, and he came out looking clean & pristine. He smelled so good, his fur is so soft, and he looked great for Christmas pictures!!

It is a place filled with genuine love, compassion, and dedication to every fur baby that comes through the door. The owner is nothing short of amazing. You can tell he pours his heart into this place, and his passion for animals shines in everything he does. He takes the time to listen, ask questions, and understand exactly what your pet needs. That level of care is rare, and it means the world to me as a pet parent. The staff is equally incredible. They are kind, patient, and so gentle with my fur baby. They treat every pet like their own, and the smiles on their faces say it all. My pup is always excited to see them, which speaks volumes. And the treatment my fur baby receives is absolutely top-tier. From grooming to the little extra touches, everything is done thoughtfully and professionally. My baby always comes home looking adorable, smelling amazing, and most importantly, happy and relaxed. Zoe’s Pawfection truly lives up to its name. If you are looking for a place where your pet will be loved, cared for, and treated with the highest level of attention, this is it. I stumbled across this place on google and they were kind enough to offer a same day appointment which was amazing! I went in, the owner went over the process from A-Z and even showed me the back where my dog would play and wait for his turn to be groomed. We talked about the services and I left my baby thinking this place is great. When I went to go pick up my dog, the owner was the only person there and his demeanor was extremely off. He seems extremely irritated and a bit short with me. It was completely different than the interaction I had when I first came in. I proceeded to go through the checkout process, which he asked me if I was going to pay with debit or credit. I told him debit, he ran my card and gave me the pin pad, there was a button to skip entering my pin, which I did and he seemed to get angry. He lectured me about how important it is to enter my pin after telling somebody that I’m going to pay with debit. He continued to tell me that he was going to pay additional fees and that it’s not just his facility. It’s all facilities. It was extremely uncomfortable for me to have somebody who is agitated and to grill me about this process. I had no bad intentions And didn’t know that there was going to be an additional fee that he would have to pay. My dog’s hair cut was OK. It definitely wasn’t the best, but it was a little pricey for the service that I got. I paid $81 for a full service groom plus bath. I probably will not go back since the interaction that I had there was extremely uncomfortable. I wish them all the best.

Thank you for almost explaining exactly how the entire experience actually happened at Zoe’s Pawfection. We appreciate that you recognize the level of service, care and love we gave to Mando and your family. One of our groomers, Hanna, gained Mando’s trust by sitting on our lobby floor while he is kept on his leash while you and her chatted about grooming options. Mando warmed up to us when you and your family left him in our care.

When you mentioned you are coming from Bubbles Dog grooming because they were full and you did not make an appointment with them. I wanted to make sure you saw where your young daughter’s new dog goes in my shop for his bath experience. You will not get that treatment at Bubbles. I deliberately style and operate my place to be the opposite of Bubbles Dog Grooming.

Admittedly, I am the only receptionist from open to close yesterday. I work everyday and all opening shifts at my business. My personality and focus is not 100% the same as it was at the beginning of our busiest day in the week. I am making every effort to find and train a bilingual, punctual, honest receptionist to work in my place more often.

I do sincerely apologize for the uncomfortable feelings you had upon checkout. We did have a mutually awkward exchange at the end of yesterday’s transaction. Of all the transactions I have created and charged at my business over the last couple of years; you are the first to use the “skip” button when I inserted your debit card into my card processing machine for you to enter your PIN. I thought that when I asked, if you are paying by debit card I did not need to inform you of the 3% credit card fee we impose on credit cards. This additional charge is stated on your invoice and at the front desk’s signs.

We do again appreciate your review of Mando’s groom, bath, checkin and checkout experience. You paid $75 for a two shampoo spa bath, blueberry facial, nail Clip, paw butter, coat oil, medicated ear cleaning, anal gland expression, thorough blow out, twice brush out, seasonal decorations, and desired haircut as a walk in appointment. We must charge Texas Sales tax which brings the total to $81.19. You tipped Hanna $10, thanks. But I was charged $2.75 to take your credit card, that you said was going to be used as a debit card. Unfortunately, I cannot post BEFORE pictures of Mando to show how far he had come when compared to your AFTER pictures.

Idk if there's new management or just new employees, but I've brought my baby here twice and had beautiful experiences. She always ends up having some matting, because her hair grows long and fast and she won't let me brush her. I've always let them know that. They just inform me that she'll have to be shaven, which is fine with me. This time when I called, I spoke with a gentleman. I've never spoken with him before, but I did not have a pleasant experience. After knowing she had matting, he just seemed like he did not want to book her. He kept telling me I'd have to bring her in early when I bring her so that I wouldn't disrupt the grooming work flow, even after I offered to bring her on a later date. His tone just sucked. Even my sister said he sounded like he was trying to make every excuse not to have me book her. Completely came off as not wanting to help my baby. I wont come back here ever again. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, cuz I was so mad I hung up on him. He's the guy that answers the phones though. In regards to Henry's response, I was not the only one listening to this call. My sister who was in the room agreed he sounded irritated and like he did not want to help. Therefore, don't worry about it, we went elsewhere and had an amazing experience. I've gained some knowledge on how matting affects dogs. Another groomer and a vet were able to kindly and professionally inform me when I talked to them about it. Will definitely be more careful, but point of review, Henry was rude and his tone sounded irritated.

You brought in your severely matted dog, Evee, as a walk in appointment at 11am to my shop for its first and only spa experience visit on Saturday, February 22 2025 under my ownership and management.

We charged you only $15 for dematting your Havanese at that time. Then you emailed management on September 8th 2025 asking to groom your severely matted baby again. We called you immediately to schedule your dog for a weekday appointment per your instructions via the email you sent us. We did not reach you at the number you provided at that time. You called us back later in the day and the Manager and Owner, Henry, answered your call.

I attempted to explain that your dog could have blood blisters or bruising on its skin from the severe matting Evee is currently experiencing. When the matted hair is released, the dog’s skin might show signs of bruising , blood blisters or hotspots. This is not our doing or fault as groomers and bathers. When I started explaining the potential bruising on your dog’s skin, you hung up the phone on me.

It is not uncommon for clients to feel remorse for the condition they unknowingly impose on their pet. I noted your pet’s profile on our system for the interaction we had on the phone. Then you called again the next day, heard my voice and hung up again. Then the next day you left this one star review about your experiences. I am being vilified for professionalism and having integrity.

We can still remove the matting from Evee but for more than $15 extra and we will address her needs on any weekday rather than our Saturdays. Since removing severe matting is basically surgery on your animal without painkillers. We do not want to do surgery on a Saturday. We want to preserve Saturday’s schedules for our regulars and walk in new clients that have their pets in hand.

We cannot continue to allow severely matted repeat customers to knowingly ruin the flow of our Saturday schedules. Saturdays are our busiest day of the week, we must protect the flow of that day for all pets that enter. I have owned and operated this life long dream since November 2023.

Added on 10/17/25, after Clarissa updated her response after my initial response:

You said your sister was listening in the previous review. My tone and words still remain the same regardless of who is listening. We are glad you found someone to help undress your dog from the six months of matting you let occur to your dog again.

Please note to the world you had to go to a veterinarian groomer to handle the level of matting that happened to your dog, Evee. We do not charge enough to remove the matting that is on Evee every six months. Please groom your dog more often than every six months, no matter which groomer you go to.

Updated September 2025 Review: My miniature schnauzer, Buckley, has been coming to Zoe’s Pawfection for 4 years. Unfortunately, he is a little on the aggressive side. Henry and his team continue to take great care of Buckley and instead of rushing and treating him as a quick buck, they stress the importance of quality in a dog grooming service. They believe in an open door policy (which I love) because there’s nothing better than seeing every part of your dog’s experience. Mariana (Groomer) and Elizabeth (Bather) take the extra time with Buckley that a big corporation would not. Buckley is almost 13 years old now and I whole heartedly do not know what I would have done without Zoe’s Pawfection. I am so grateful to Henry and his team! 2022 Review - I had the BEST experience with Zoe’s Pawfection! I have a 9-year-old (rescued) miniature schnauzer named Buckley. He has always been temperamental and never really enjoyed the groomer. I want to thank Henry and his team for being patient and kind to my baby. He looked amazing! I will definitely be coming back!

Every time I take Loki to get groomed, he’s always so excited to go in.. one of the groomers always tells me how good he behaves and I can see that my baby really likes her. I’ve received videos of Loki getting showered and they seem very gentle with him, which i appreciate because he has very sensitive ears and will get a bit aggressive when people touch them. I love having him clean and they haven’t failed to do what I ask at Zoe’s Pawfection. Their prices are very reasonable for the services they provide and tbh I have no complaints. My baby loves it and so do I.

We've been wanting to get our cat groomed for quite some time but couldn't find a groomer who we felt comfortable with. However, after trying out Zoe's with my dog, who they did a great job with we decided to give them a crack at our cat who can be very picky about who she allows into her space. I'm happy to report, we have found a groomer for our entire pet family because they did a wonderful job with her too! When we picked her up she was all purrs on the way home. Whether you have a dog or cat, I can say after meeting the team, as well as the owner, Henry, that this is a business who really cares about their clients. So if you're looking to find a good groomer for you dog or cat, I would highly recommend you give Zoe's a try.

I had an amazing experience with Zoe's Pawfection. I took in a stray that I'm currently fostering and he was so filthy. My usual grooming spot no longer has cat groomers so I decided to give Zoe's a try based on the reviews. My stray looks and smells like heaven. This is probably the cleanest he's been in years. Thank you so much for an easy and excellent experience. I'm definitely coming back when I need another cat cleaned up.

I highly recommend Zoe’s. This awesome establishment truly cares about your pets. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when I walked in, helping me pick the right cuts for my two dogs. Skilled groomers worked quickly and precisely and did exactly what I asked. My normally nervous dogs were totally at ease the entire time (and they still smell great almost two weeks later). It’s not easy to find a grooming service where the people really care about the animals AND are actually good groomers. This is a high end establishment but the prices are cheaper than what you’d expect for the quality of work provided. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!
