Friendly and caring Zoe has been so helpful; from the first session I felt comfortable talking to her about anything I needed to discuss. She would ask follow up questions which made me think deeper about why I was feeling certain ways. Zoe never made me feel patronised or like an issue and always reassured that things will get better. Zoe has been a blessing. Originally I was suspicious of therapy, as in I didn’t was pay someone just to receive sympathy but Zoe has helped me look at life in a different and positive perspective. We had so much in common and I felt completely relaxed throughout sessions, I would definitely go back to Zoe if/when I need professional help.

What an incredible and insightful counsellor. I have been going to see Zoe just over a month. I’ve been putting off seeing someone for years as I’ve trust issues but was recommended due to her calm approach. She listens intently and takes onboard what you’re saying. She provides a lot of logical thinking and creates a safe space to allow you to discuss your deepest emotions. I highly recommend seeing Zoe, have half an hour and see what comes off it. I am never rushed and always run over my allotted time ( I do pay her the compensation for it 😂) On the days where I feel like nothing to talk about or feel quiet, it’s easily dissected and I am there with verbal diarrhoea, she’s not got a word on edge ways. Eternally grateful Excellent counsellor and being undiagnosed ADHD/ADD , she can give hints and tips and understand this is why that is etc. Love that human Thank you 🙏

I accessed Zoe’s care via my work employment scheme and she has been a wonderful listening ear. She shows a genuine sense of caring and a willingness to help. She naturally puts you at ease and it is easy to talk to her. She has been able to support me in some life decisions I had to make and also signpost me to useful resources to support with family life.
