We cannot thank Ziyara Tours enough for the incredible support we received during a very stressful time. When our flights were cancelled during our Umrah trip, they stepped in immediately and worked tirelessly, day and night, to help us get back to the UK. Travelling with four little children made the situation even more challenging, but they handled everything so efficiently and made the entire process as smooth and quick as possible.
Apart from that, they were an amazing tour group throughout our entire trip. There were 28 of us travelling together, and they arranged a private coach just for our group. This made all our journeys—from the airports to Makkah and Madinah, as well as during our ziyarats—comfortable, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Managing such a large group could have been difficult, but with Ziyara Tours, travelling from one place to another couldn’t have been any easier.
The hotel bookings were exactly as expected. They provided detailed information about each option and really listened to what we were looking for in our accommodation. Despite our flight being cancelled and the airline providing little to no communication, the Ziyaara team worked tirelessly and nonstop to ensure we got home safely and as quickly as possible. I have just returned from our first trip to Makkah and Madina. It was my families first Umrah. We booked through Ziyara Tours even though we are not from the London area. I am thankful and glad that we booked through them. Everything from the arrival at Jeddah airport, the transfer that was arranged by Ziyara Tours to Makkah, then our onwards trip to Madinah was excellent. It was stress free, we had a driver pick us up from the airport. The communication between ZT and us every step of the way was amazing. ZT stayed in contact and was the go between for our drivers and also the representative at both Hotels in Makkah and Medina. The representative had already checked us in for both Hotels prior to us arriving. All we had to do was get to our room, everything else was already sorted out. Our bags were brought to our room. This helped a lot due to having a big group which consisted of young children and elderly people (we travelled with my extended family).
The Hotels were amazing - we stayed in Double Tree Hilton in Makkah. It was a very short walk from the Haram and was very impressive. We stayed at the Worth Peninsula which was just as good and also a short distance walk from Masjid e Nabawi.
The transfer between Makkah and Madina was also arranged by ZT, our group of 16 were transported in a private coach (not a bus, a luxury coach!).
All in all, I was very impressed by ZT. Jazkallah to them for making our Umrah special. Very good service. I would highly recommend them.

This was my second tour with ziyarah tours, I was amazed how well it was structured and how well it was organised. They were punctual everyday. Our flight was great and on time both ways. Our tour guide Ahmed and Umar were very helpful, the hotel was nice and clean, the food was great, the communication and updates were on point by the organiser. Our group was great, full of laughter and we all became one family. Most importantly the information about the blessed Maqaams we visited was taught by the great teacher in details Alhamdulillah wa shukrulillah. I look forward to traveling with the ziyarah tours in future Insha Allah.

Although you may be a part of a bigger group, you are somehow made to feel and treated like family by the group leader.
MashaAllah, I don't know how he did it, but you can see that the care, concern and attention to detail for each individual played a huge part in bringing the group together and making this trip such a wonderfully soulful experience.
The trip had a very thought out itinerary incorporating own time and relaxation.

I travelled to Egypt with Ziyara Tours, and I can say with complete certainty that this has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
