Called beforehand and confirmed they would be open. Told them we would be there in a few hours. We walked up to the door and saw this sign. No big deal, we’ll wait. Or so we thought…. After 10-15 minutes of hanging around the door and waiting for someone to come unlock it, we just ended up leaving. This is all after booking a GroupOn deal with the North location and learning they closed without deactivating any Google, Groupon, etc. listing. Incredibly frustrating to drive 30 minutes and be locked out. I don’t really even blame the employee. Why isn’t there another employee available to allow for others to use the bathroom while still maintaining your advertised business hours?
Just an overall horrible experience with this company from start to finish.

The website is misleading, you must get at least two tickets to participate, 2 kids must be signed up, you can show up and there is no one to play against and then you must buy another ticket. While we were there the VR with the full set up wasn’t working. So we went from one child ticket to two children ready to play and the games they wanted to play were not available. After spending over an hour finding another child to play and then getting back paying double the amount, be there 30 minutes just to find out we paid twice as much to play a simple VR game in a small area.
Bathrooms need to be cleaned, maybe their north location may work out better, this is the south location experience
The roaming ability at this VR place makes it so much more fun than moving with a remote. The owner was very nice, very knowledgeable and had a beautiful dog there to say hello to. My son and I really enjoyed it.

Really really really really really really fun!!! My kids and I have a hard time finding stuff we can do together because we all have different likes, so I decided to give the VR escape room a try for my birthday outing. It was challenging, forced us to work together and it felt good to accomplish something together! Zac was very nice and helpful and the place was welcoming and comfortable. Thanks for a nice birthday adventure ❤️
