Arrived on time, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do and how it would be completed. Explaining his products how they work and the drying process. I also had the anti stain spray. I would definitely recommend him 🙂

Very good service and excellent communication throughout. Peter ensured I knew what was happening throughout. It was made better when they could make the appointment earlier in the evening which suited me much better. The carpets were left clean and fresh. The house smelled so good too. I have used Zerodry time on several occasions and always been extremely satisfied with Josh and his colleague.However my recent experience with this company was outstanding. An empty apartment they collected and returned the key from the estate agents. Unsupervised, they identified a fault a previous carpet cleaner had encountered ,carried out the work to an outstanding degree ( there were some heavily soiled areas). All absolutely perfect. I didn't get to meet the team on this occasion but would not hesitate to recommend this company from the girls in the office to the cleaners all amazing. Thankyou.

Josh came out today 23rd September to clean my carpet and he has done an amazing job. My carpet looks and feels like new . It only took one hour from start to finish .The carpet is dry like the name says. I was amazed by the results .If you are thinking of hiring a cleaning machine I would strongly advise not to and to use this company instead. The price is not much more than you would pay to hire a machine and it only takes the skilled operator a fraction of the time to do and above anything the carpet is dry straight away so no over saturation of your carpet no drying time and a nice clean fresh smell in your home .What's not to like 😊

Just had my carpets cleaned & am absolutely delighted with the result. The man who came worked so hard to remove some bad stains. I really felt he cared about doing a great job. My carpets are like brand new. They're softer & spongier than when I first moved in 11 years ago & smell amazing! I'd highly recommend this company & will definitely use again.
