I am delighted with the job that Matthew did. We used him to clean a stone floor, wooden floor and carpets. The stone, its grouting and the wooden floor in particular all look like new. I’m so pleased with the outcome.

Absolutely incredible… Matthew responded to our enquiry promptly and politely. We had just repainted our lounge so all furniture was out and we could see many imperfections on the carpet. We needed a firm to come out ASAP our decorator recommended Zero Dry Time and I’m so pleased he did. Matthew fitted us in the next day. We had the lounge, stairs, landing, also a four seater and two seater sofa cleaned. There was no wait time to walk on the carpets they were bone dry and all items cleaned look as good as new. If I could give more stars I definitely would. I’ve had the lounge
carpet cleaned before by another firm but it was never as good as this. Highly recommended Zero Dry Time and Matthew if you live in the York and surrounding areas definitely give him a call you won’t be disappointed.

Mat offers a professional good value service. Three kids, a dog, horses and a very outdoor lifestyle doesn’t lend it self well to cream tiles and cream wool carpet. Mat sorted it. A big job but a pleasure to have around. We will certainly use again.

Wish I’d found Zero Dry Time sooner! I have bought so many appliances, cloths and cleaners to clean my floors and I still couldn’t get them properly clean. The slight grain in the floor and the grooves are a magnet for dirt. My floors look brand new and I will booking ZDT again next year. Highly recommend

A big thank you to Matthew Pillans from Zero dry who has made my grubby heavily marked leather sofa look like new it looks fantastic honestly we were going to get a new one but not now. Yes I cleaned it regular following all sorts off tips but nothing really worked so Matthew was my last hope and worked none stop and now it is pristine.
My carpet was also cleaned and that too looks like new .Price was very reasonable for the amount off hours worked and the professional care given to do a fantastic job would definitely recommend.

Matthew and Eileen are absolutely magical. They worked tirelessly for hours, bringing our poor, battered carpets and sofas back to life in a way we couldn’t have imagined. Everything looks brand new again and the house feels wonderfully clean and healthy. They took incredible care over every inch of fabric, with extraordinary attention to detail and an unparalleled work ethic. We’ve had carpet cleaners in our home before but this was a whole different standard. They also just happen to be thoroughly lovely people that you’re happy to have in your home.

The lovely team at Zero Dry York worked professionally and left our carpets looking and smelling beautiful. None of the 'wet wool' smell and waiting hours to move back into the rooms. Would highly recommend this friendly team and the fantastic Zero Dry carpet cleaning method.

Really pleased with the amazing service from Matt and Eileen at Zero Dry Time yesterday. What a huge difference to the carpets we inherited when we bought our house, they feel fluffier and have cleaned up so nicely. We also had some of our rugs cleaned which look brand new again. Highly recommended, such a reasonable price for the quality of service and clean. Thanks so much! Thanks also for accommodating our emergency trip to A&E with our baby at our arranged time and making time later in the day to come back and do the clean. Amazing service.

Very responsive to initial enquiry, visited rapidly to check out the job and offered a nearby date to complete the job. Price was extremely reasonable (less expensive than an alternative company who needed me to personally move all my furniture) and job was completed to a v high standard. V pleasant people to do business with. Would definitely recommend and use again.
