The unit was perfect and exactly as described, spacious, clean and had what our family needed. Views were gorgeous too. The management company Zen Vacation Rentals was amazing as they were very responsive and communication and instructions were perfect. The location was across the street from the beach which was just ok. We spent more time at the pool area in the building which was beautiful.

I have never had a better experience with a rental! Very clean and so beautiful. You’ll be treated like royalty. Even the decorations were amazing. Hosts are amazing people very communicative and even shipped by bathing suit to me that I left there. Views from balcony are amazing night and day. The building itself is great you have direct beach access and a really nice pool. Perfect! Wish I took more pictures of the inside

Amazing service by the company and the condo was as advertised. Check in was easy. Get early check in if possible. They do make you wait till 4 if you don’t. We do air b&b quite a bit and most common issue is TV not connecting or whatever. No issues here. Perfect place and you can see fish and rays off the beach from balcony. Response time for Zen was perfect. Diana at the co so was great. Book this place! We will be back next year!

Just had a 5 day stay in Sunny Isles that we booked through Zen vacation rentals. The Condo was in a perfect spot. The gentleman who checked us into the building was amazing. Condo was very clean and boasted amazing views. I am already looking forward to booking with Zen for my future stays in the area. They were also very responsive to any question I did have, which was greatly appreciated.

Our stay was amazing. The view from our condo was everything we wanted it to be and more. Nothing but water! And can't tell you how much we loved the thunderstorms from the 40th floor!!! Any question I had was answered promptly and politely. We we totally stay here again.
