No refund when they have wrong information
Watch out for this company. I used to book from them but when I once again booked a hotel, which in their website was written that it was a four star hotel, and I arrived to the hotel just to see that it was a one star hotel. When showing zenhotels all proof of this, they denied a refund, even though they made has faulty information. This is false advertisement.
