No refund when they have wrong information Watch out for this company. I used to book from them but when I once again booked a hotel, which in their website was written that it was a four star hotel, and I arrived to the hotel just to see that it was a one star hotel. When showing zenhotels all proof of this, they denied a refund, even though they made has faulty information. This is false advertisement.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! If you enjoy your sanity, don't use ZenHotels If I could rate 0 stars then I would! Nothing but problems from the minute the booking was made. When making the initial booking, the approach glitches and book a completely different weekend. Within 2 minutes of the confirmation I contacted Zen Hotels and was told tuff, the room is non refundable. This then changed to an offer of credit for what I paid towards the correct date but only if I accepted their inflated price (that was more after the credit than it i made a new booking). I decided I would change my plans to go with the incorrect date out of ease. When I then checked into my room I found that I had then been booked into the wrong room. Yes it sounds trivial, but when you pay £45 extra for a room with a private bathroom and get put in a room with a shared bathroom it does make a difference. ZenHotels eventually accepted that they had made a mistake and offered a whopping £4, yes £4 refund because the hotel had no other rooms and they weren't prepared to move me to another hotel presumablydue to the fact that the cost was extortionate due to it beingbeyond last minute. After refusing their offer they then (at 9.20pm) upped the refund offer to £18 or a free cancellation and said that's the final offer. What good is the free cancellation when I have already travelled to the location? I wish I had read other people's reviews before using this shambles of a company!

Awesome Service Recently I booked an international hotel stay for 7 days through Zenhotels.com, unfortunately with unforseen circumstances my flight got cancelled and needed to cancel my hotel bookings. Zenhotel customer service was literally so helpful and so responsive that I felt so secure with my refund. Very easy to communicate and very quick to answer. Zenhotel gain my trust and loyalty! ZEN-HOTELS’ Map Saved Me ZEN-HOTELS’ interactive map was clutch for finding a Tokyo hotel near a subway station. Site was a bit sluggish when filtering by amenities, but the unbeatable rate on a 4-star stay made it worth it.

ZenHotels offers some of the best rates I’ve found online ZenHotels offers some of the best rates I’ve found online; I booked a three‑night stay in Paris and saved almost 20% compared to other sites.
