I was handed the personal cell phone of another firm who loves aggressive billboard marketing. I wanted the try to keep a peaceful but productive path through the process. Justin Waldo is a brilliant attorney, kind and empathic human, and arguably one of the best professionals I've worked with in any space. I felt heard, seen, and guided through the process from the day after the injury to the final mediation.
