I used ZA Electrical for an electrical emergency and they were great. Dune initially checked some things on the phone so I wouldn’t have to pay for a call out unnecessarily. Called Dune regarding an issue with my main circuit breaker tripping from time to time he came the same day. He found a few issues with my consumer unit and rectified them. I had no power to my garage and he ascertained that the cable from the house to the garage was the issue - the wrong cable had been used by the builder and it had deteriorated causing the fault. Another electrician had looked at it in the past and installed new lighting and supposedly rectified the issue but they did not solve the issue regarding the house/garage cabling. So no point in the new lights as 2 weeks later the mains power was tripping again. Dune and Alastair dug up part of my path and grass to replace the cable. You would hardly know it’s been dug up. All my garage lights and sockets are working now. Dune is pleasant to deal with and is a very tidy worker. Will definitely use Dune again for any electrical issues. Excellent fault diagnosis and knowledge recommend.

Dune was great. Called late on a Wednesday night and was over within 15 mins. Managed to find the fault with our ground floor circuit breaker which hadn’t been connected properly when installed. Worked quickly and safely taking the time to explain to us what the problem was. Highly recommend and reasonable rate

Very late in the evening my partner decided to put up a shelf in the kitchen, yes he went straight into a wire (above a socket) and blew the whole circuit causing two of the fuses to switch. For safety had to leave this off which meant the WiFi, fridge/ freezer also off! Whilst he was fiddling through building insurance details whilst ‘chilling’.. I found Dune’s number on the internet at 21:45PM and called after reading the good reviews. Dune answerd within seconds to my panicked voice asking if there was any chance he could come out at this late hour. Dune asked for my location and over WhatsApp confirmed he could be there within 5 minutes!I was amazed at the speed and sure enough when Dune took a piece of dry wall away the wire was completely damaged. It was then repaired and dust tidied away within the hour for an amazing and affordable price. Thank you Dune for a class service, we will definitely use your services again. I highly recommend this friendly and competent service! 5*
