We needed replacement seals for our bi-fold doors and contacted YPE after being told by two other local Origin installers that they could not supply spare parts. When I spoke with Terry at YPE, he could not have been more helpful and went to a lot of trouble to source the correct seals replacement for us. The availability of spare parts is an essential element of the long term functioning of bi-folds and I was very grateful to YPE for supplying exactly what we needed. Thank you, Terry.
We had a large project completed including multiple windows, multiple bifold, skylights, front door, side door, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
Mel, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient and never pushy, helping us make the right choices for such a significant project.
Darren, the surveyor/installation supervisor, was thorough and professional throughout, and it was clear a lot of care went into ensuring
everything was measured and installed properly.
Special mention about Marie, the installations manager who was excellent throughout for both installation planning and the after-sales support. Coordinating a project of this size is not easy, but she kept everything organised, communicated clearly, and was always responsive and helpful whenever anything needed attention.
As with any large project, a few issues naturally came up along the way, but every thing was dealt with promptly and professionally by the team. That gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process.
The quality of the products and installation has been great, and the long warranties (10 years plus) provide real peace of mind.
Most importantly, we genuinely trust the team to deal with any issues that may crop up in the future, which is invaluable on a project of this scale.

We love our sliding door and gable combo. Terry walked us through the showroom and explained the door's high quality features. Walking out of the showroom we saw the gable and knew it would be a great combination with our door. Marie scheduled the survey and ensured our post sales experience was smooth. Overall a really good experience with YPE. Although very professional and friendly, I would have appreciated regular updates as to when to expect the fitting as it was well over what was initially stated. Marie who was managing this for me, however, was very quick to respond and help me which was appreciated. Terry was extremely helpful and clear when explaining the options available and what would be best.
However, once it was ready the installation was booked very quickly, the quality of the work, the door and overall experience was very good. Will definitely use YBE again.

From start to finish it has been a pleasure dealing with YPE.
Nothing was too much for them from Terry coming out and measuring to taking calls and giving advice on what we wanted.
When my Bi folds & window was ready the guy came out on time and were so polite and very clean and tidy with there work.
Also thank you to Marie who dealt with the paper work and helped me get it all signed and sent over.
Have used YPE in the past and will 100% be using them again
