I recently worked with Purvi on a mutual client's new home purchase and the sale of their current home via a simultaneous settlement. Usually, these things are stressful. We had YMC act as our conveyancers for both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our house. Liza and Carmel were highly responsive, very knowledgeable, proactive in dealing with issues, and easy to deal with. If either of them were unavailable, we were seemlessly looked after by other YMC staff, notably Evangelina and Kathy. When our settlement was delayed due to the other party, we were kept informed of what was happening, and YMC followed up with the other party periodically. We would highly recommend their services, and happily use them again.
