My original review was a 5 star 7 years ago, but after them dumping me and not giving me a reason for it, realized that if it’s not quick and easy money, they won’t represent you. Sad but most injury attorneys are like this. I had been looking for an attorney for this accident for a while, but I finally found one that is willing to work with me.
Nanyelis was knowledgeable and compassionate. I felt heard and supported right away.

I’ve been working with them for years at this point for 3M combat ear plugs mass tort.
The communication is non existent. You’d think after 6+ years they would have a standard for communicating with clients, but nothing. *I only reach out once maybe twice a year for an update.
If you care about someone managing your claim who is communicative - go somewhere else.
Excellent experience with Parker Waichman. Nanyelis was courteous, helpful, and very professional throughout the intake. I felt supported and informed from the start.

Parker and Waichman has been by my side since the first time.
