Why go elsewhere - the best The whole process of selling my car on YourCarSold was really efficient and effective. The agent, Robbie, inspected the car, drove it and then hunted around for offers. He came up with an acceptable offer very close to what I was hoping for. Completing the sales process took less than half an hour, with all the forms already prepared including the relevant vehicle transfer form. All in all a real 5-star experience and I thoroughly recommend this company.

Sale of Camry SL Sedan Although I did not get the price I thought the vehicle was worth the offer made by Doug was still above what "Your Car Sold" internet ready reckoner suggested it was worth so was happy with the outcome. The payment process was quick and easy with the money in my account within 24hrs. Doug and Andy were very pleasant and professional to deal with. I'm a little disappointed at my experience after reading so many positive reviews. I completed the online valuation and the figure presented was pretty much on par with what my expectation was for the trade in value of my vehicle. However, after booking an inspection and taking time to attend, the offer I was presented with was significantly lower than what was quoted in the online valuation. I feel disappointed that the original valuation was so far off the mark of what was actually offered in person. I cannot complain about the service, everyone I've dealt with has been great and the appointment was very straight forward, just disappointed that the original estimation was much more than what was offered in person.

Just recently I randomly stumbled upon the Your Car Sold website seeking to discover the value of my car. This site was not only simple to navigate but connected me to Chris who not only advised me about the price I could expect for my car but went out of his way to obtain the very best amount for me possible. He also went way beyond just being helpful by assisting me in my search for a replacement car, and he did so without any benefit to himself except that of helping someone in need. On one occasion I was in his office when he rang up a salesman he knew to get extra details about a car I was interested in, and I heard him say that he was "asking on behalf of a friend". That for me sums up Chris. You first meet him as a potential customer but very quickly you realize that he .instinctively thinks of you as his friend

I admit to being a little cautious and sceptical about using Your Car Sold. I’ve never used this type of service before. I’ve always sold my cars privately or traded in directly with the dealer that I’m buying the new one from. However, after Googling and filling in a few details online, I received a call from Naomi asking me if I’d like to bring my car in to one of their three sites. I chose to go to Rivervale on a Saturday morning, where I was met by Doug. He explained how Your Car Sold works. He spoke with me about my car, asked how much I was hoping to get for it, showed me how much similar vehicles were selling for, then sent details of my car to a bunch of dealers. After Doug did a little bit of negotiating with some interested buyers, the deal was done. Within 30 to 40 minutes, the paperwork was completed and I was heading home in an Uber! Because it was a Saturday morning, they couldn’t transfer the money straight away. When I got home I realised I’d left the car and keys with Doug, but hadn’t received any money. I started to worry about this being a scam, thinking I wasn’t going to see the money or my pretty expensive car again. I shouldn’t have. Doug emailed the money transfer details on Monday morning and the money turned up in my account on Monday afternoon. In summary, this was a very easy transaction. Doug and Naomi were great to deal with (thanks guys!). You can trusty Your Car Sold. Highly recommended.
