I've been attending classes at Yoga House for three years and it has truly become my second home. This place has amazing energy and wonderful, restorative and challenging classes. The instructors are fantastic - professional, knowledgeable, fun and very supportive. I love how each of them have their own style and way of introducing yoga to students. It's a clean, serene environment, the classes are fun, beginner friendly and no judgment. The owner of the studio Ananda truly cares about his students' well-being and make sure that everyone feel welcome. I've seen massive improvements in my strength and flexibility, and also yoga helps to improve overall health, reduce stress and anxiety, gives peace of mind. Highly recommend!
I came in after work after a really stressful day and left feeling so relieved. The energy in the class was so positive, everything was set up perfectly, and the flow was such a good mix of calming and still a real workout. Practicing at Yoga House New York has completely transformed my stress levels. so much helped me postpartum depression and build my body strong again. I leave every class with amazing energy and a deep sense of peace. The instructors emphasize breathing and mindfulness, which helps me feel centered in my daily life. Also the instructors give you aligment the poses this is best the fixed self in the poses. You can do online at home but my advice in person face to face better experience because at home if you wrong doing no body fix you or give you aligment. take the class and feel the energy ✨️The best yoga studio in the city.
I’ve been practicing yoga for many years and have tried quite a few studios, but Yoga House New York feels different in the best way.
The teaching is strong and genuine. You can tell the instructors really care about what they’re sharing, not just running through a class. There’s a good balance of challenge and awareness, and I always leave feeling better—both physically and mentally.
I also join their online classes sometimes, and honestly, even through a screen the quality is still there. It doesn’t feel disconnected like a lot of other online classes.
The space is simple, clean, and calm—nothing over the top, just a place where you can really focus on your practice.

I highly recommend joining this yoga studio by Amit. It’s not just a place to improve flexibility—it’s a space where you can truly connect with ancient traditions like Ayurveda, which dates back over 5,000 years and is rooted in texts such as the Atharva Veda.
The practice focuses on achieving balance between the body, mind, and spirit. You’ll also be introduced to natural approaches like herbs, diet, massage, and lifestyle awareness. One of the most valuable parts for me was learning Pranayama breathing, which really helps clear the mind—especially helpful when dealing with a busy life and constant поток of thoughts.

All of the teachers are well-trained and experienced. I personally took classes with Nikolai, Olga, and Aryana, and they are all amazing instructors.

You can find here vinyasa, ashtanga, iyangar style classes led by professional teachers who support and nurture the students ensuring students reach their full potential at their own pace. I especially enjoy Amit’s, Nikolai’s, Regina and Olga’s classes.
