Took my truck in to get the power steering fixed and ended up spending over $1000! I’ve never in my life have been charged $70 for a belt on a pulley! Told the receptionist when I dropped my vehicle off that 3rd and 4 gear were out (even gave special instructions on how to shift it) I get it back and now my 2nd gear is out. I didn’t just get ripped off by how much I paid for services but now I can’t go over 20mph

Worked to get me in for a state inspection on short notice. I realize that is not the most desired work they do (especially with a busy and full schedule) but the got me in when they said and got it done that day. It is much appreciated!

Casey from yokum contacted me about a brake inspection and wanted to speak to my husband about his 1 star review. My husband called her back and she argued and was unwilling to make it right by giving a refund. So unsure why she wanted to talk with him in the first place when it just turned into an argument with absolutely no resolution or customer satisfaction. We could have taken it up the road and gotten a free brake inspection plus saved hundreds on the brake install itself. Not at all satisfied.
Smallest parking lot anywhere near springfield. Biggest thing was the 2 different quotes I've received for brake pads and rotors. Years apart, still way over priced and charge 70 for brake inspection only. Should've never tried this place for a second estimate on both well running vehicles..

We contacted this customer after his review, and he openly stated that the one-star rating was posted to pressure us into refunding the $70 brake inspection. He also said he would replace it with a “fabulous” 5-star review if we refunded the fee.
We do not participate in review manipulation, and we do not issue refunds based on threats or incentives. The brake inspection was a legitimate, hands-on service performed by a certified technician, and the charge was appropriate.

Part was defective so they got it fixed the very next business day! No complaints! Had to have ignition replaced

Yocum works efficiently. You can tell someone has dedicated the time to make their services more convenient. This undoubtedly coincides with efficient workflow, and dedicated employees.
I won’t go into detail about my service because they really cut me a break on a quick alignment, but that shows me how much they valued my needs. Only thing I dislike is not getting to shoot it with the mechanic, but we’ll just keep that a small town thing!
