My second time with this repair shop and I believe it’s one of the best in KL. I found them from an online ad to fix my screen before - it was a promo including warranty, free pick up delivery etc. and they did a good job so I wanted to go to them again. This time my computer battery was shot - not turning on at all. They diagnosed the problem just based on my description and promptly arranged pick up when I was available. They send photos as proof of pick up and delivery, photos during/after the repair including specs so customers can understand the work they do. Most importantly!! since they use lalamove they always package my computer very securely in a box to ensure safe delivery. Communication is always flawless and they give discounts to regular customers. Highly recommend!! Thank you YKL MAC 🙏🏻

I had a good experience at this gadget shop when replacing my laptop screen and changing the battery. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they explained the repair process clearly. Both services were done quickly, and the quality was excellent. I am very satisfied with their service and work.
