Great HVAC service again from Yellow Dot! Don (Castillo) was amazing! Our AC had stopped cooling and Don diagnosed the issue quickly (leaking refrigerant), repaired the leak and topped off the refrigerant. We were up and running again in no time. Again, Yellow Dot came through for me!

His service (AC inspection )was excellent I never had any problems he explained everything thorough even wore a little covered for his boots when he walked to my home pretty cool they respected everything he deserves an award

Excellent experience with Technician Jacob Polka from Yellow Dot- he showed up on time as scheduled, and was very thorough with and knowledgeable about our system. He was also patient with a lot of questions from my husband, lol. Very pleased with Jacob and Yellow Dot HVAC!

Update (March 2026). Adam and Kyle took good care of us, servicing.oir two units and working with designing HVAC to o a room project we are working on. Props to Jose and his mate for installing the whole house filter
Update Electrical (April 2025). We appreciate that Yellow Dot has expanded its services to include electrical and plumbing. Thank you, Daniel Cowart for you quick attention to getting our dryer working. We continue to be impressed with the integrity, dedication, and customer service of the team at Yellow Dot.
Update (April 2025). Thank you Thomas, Jason, Erick, and Aaron for replacing our old main floor HVAC unit with an upgraded whisper quiet Lennox system. After Jason and Erick replaced the upstairs unit two years ago we are in good standing for years to come, especially with opting in on Yellow Dot's ten year labor warranty Your dedication to providing great HVAC service is second to none.
Latest visit (August 2024): Thank you, Said, for servicing our two zone unit. We've had indoor comfort through some wicked hot days thanks to Yellow Dot. Said is gracious, kind and knows his stuff.... willing to tackle crawlspaces, attics and other tight zones.
From 2023: Appreciate your cleaning up the exhaust units as well Big props to Jason and Erick for their big time installation of our new upstairs AC heat pump system. They maneuvered around us our variety of work-at-home zoom calls, landscaping projects and pest control treatment and were very respectful and quiet which aided us with participating in zoom calls for work Most importantly they performed an outstanding installation of a new Lenox system that should serve us for years. Appreciate your cleaning up around the outdoor exhaust units as well. Props to Tim on our whole system maintenance and Amar for creating he opportunity to upgrade our system, spell out options and making all this happen in one day. Thank you Yellow Dot.
