I scheduled a appointment with Yellow Dot heating and Air for the 8th of June and the technician never showed or called me, I had to call the office to try to reschedule for the 9th of June I never got a response, I received a call from Yellow Dot heating and Air today on the 10th it was the technician calling to tell me that he would arrive at my address around 4:30: to 5:00pm no show or call. YELLOW DOT HEATING AND AIR is not a good company to call if you want service with your HVAC SYSTEM!!! I missed two days of work waiting on YELLOW DOT this is not a reputable company that I would advise anyone to use, so be mindful of the company you choose for your HEATING AND AIR. Do your homework on the company you choose, this is a one star company that doesn't need to be in business.
