As a first time home buyer, the procees has been nothing short of stressful. I chose Wrubel Home Inspections because of the good reviews and anecdotes I have read online. Thankfully, Joseph was thorough in his inspection of the home we were looking into buying. He went on the roof, up in the small attic, down into the crawlspace, and wherever else is in between.
We knew the home had some issues, but thanks to Joseph we were able to find a lot more throughout the house that would have really come back to bite us. Not only that, but since he knew we were first time home buyers he took the time to educate us on various things about what to look out for and potential remedies.
There was one issue with the sewer scope we ordered as the house did not have a proper access for the scope, so we could not get good results. Joseph personally took the time to assist me with the situation, and this is what caused me to finally write the review. This level of attention is hard to find in 2026.
If things fall through with the house we looked at this time around, we at least feel confident that Wrubel Home Inspections will keep us in good hands on the next one.

Joseph did a great job on a very thorough inspection! He sent me a detailed report when he finished with pictures of everything he found and explanations for why it was brought to my attention.

Honestly my experience with this inspection was overall great. Joseph was prompt, very knowledgeable, and fast with his routine. I do think its overpriced as I’ve came across other inspection quotes and recommendations but this is my first home and I believe in “you get what you pay for” and went with my gut on this one and was not disappointed. Thank you again joseph!
