Darren provided a very thorough inspection on a new home I was buying in Prescott Valley. I had thought that I would not get an inspection, but then I decided to do so for peace of mind. I did not think there would be any problems with a brand new build, but Darren found several things that needed fixing. And in the end, I’m very happy I got the inspection because he found quite a few things that I didn’t see! I am thoroughly convinced now that an inspection, even on a new home, is very important!
